I love the spicy jalapeño baja burger. Its juicy and has good, moderate spicy taste. The smashfries also taste great. The sweet potato fries and haystack onions don’t disappoint either. Finding a seat can be a bit of a challange. But there’s extra seating outside and when its a nice day, it works out perfectly. I try to stay away but i always come back, at least every other month. Great burgers and salads!

First experience going there was good. It was lunch time and it was not crowded. You pay when you order your food up front then take a number to the table where you want to sit. I ordered regular fries. When they were delivered to the table they were hot. They were shoe string fries. I would not consider them perfect(warm soft middle with a crisp outer shell) but they were close. We were confused about what to do with our trash, there was no clear trash cans and no tipping because you pay first. I hope we didn’t just overlook the trash.

Well the food was good. Who doesn’t love be a great burger and fries. And the Rosemary Fries were fantastic and the burger was good but I’m not kidding when I say when we walked in they was only one table sitting down. It took 10 min to get mine and 10 min after that my kids had there’s and then 20 min later the Cashier was asking about my wife’s food to the kitchen and all we could hear was cussing, which I had to address since my 5 year old and wife could hear everything that was said. She made my wife’s wrap and apologized several times but we can’t go back there, I will try another location see if we can have a better experience

Love the blacj bean burger here! So moist and flavorful but doesn’t crumble when you pick your burger up. The veggie frites were great too!

I enjoyed Smashburger — this was my first time visiting and I compared it to Five Guys, another boutique burger chain I am familiar with. I thought the burgers were fresher tasting and not so huge — a thin patty with crispy edges and nice toppings on a fresh bun. The fries were ok too. While I enjoyed my meal — I don’t think Smashburger is the best burger option out there. Let’s just say I wouldn’t go out of my way to get here but would stop in again if there wasn’t anything else in the area.

I often mistake SmashBurger for being a GameStop when I see it(similar fonts and color schemes I guess). That’s actually the reason I first stopped in here. Upon getting an order with a juicy burger, smash fries, fried pickles, and some onion strings, I was faced with a problem: there’s nowhere to sit. This place is pretty small and tight. So I ended up sitting in my car to eat that first time. I didn’t mind at all: the burger was unique and delicious. I took the bacon off(unevenly cooked and far too fatty) but the remainder was up there as one of the better burgers I had experienced in Tulsa. The smash fries were unique… I don’t know that the olive oil and seasonings do too much and would probably order just plain fries in the future. Fried pickles earn solid marks for being exactly what is expected. In future visits, I managed to dine in without struggling to find seating. I would recommend this most for when you’re in the area but not during the lunch rush(so try to stop in between 1:30 and 5:30). Also, go crazy experimenting! You can get anything on your burger… This often feels like the fast food version of Red Robin(and that’s a compliment!)

Not lovin’ it. Craft burger concept put to mass production. Known for the fries the frites are similar to the yummy herbed fries you get at gourmet restaurants. The taste is close but it does not feel fresh it feels frozen and presented well. The burger is not bad. But honestly in a market where burgers are everywhere and some stellar options exist the sandwich just did not make my top 10. NOT Terrible. I repeat NOT Terrible; however for the $$ you could dine elsewhere and enjoy it more. It felt processed but presented as craft. Excellent concept mass market craft but the taste missed the mark.

This used to be my favorite burger in town, but the people that work there turned ugly on me tonight and caused me an intensely embarrassing situation with 2 of my friends and a roomful of customers. All over a coupon. They issue these coupons for free burgers through email. Nowhere on the coupons does it say limit one use per person, EVER, just a limit of one per VISIT(their wording). If they are so concerned for multiple uses, that should be in the coupon print, Also, having clear rules posted, quietly taking someone aside that is violating your own personal policy instead of making a scene, and doing like other reputable SMARTER businesses do and put a bar code system in place that is unique to one user and email would seem to all be good ideas if you are going to go nuts like that in your place of business. The weird thing is, it was part of a «refer your friends» promotion, so I was bring in friends I had referred and told what a great place this was. They had their own coupons, but since I had used one last week, they angrily refused to even take theirs! What a roomful of people saw was a bitterly hateful employee yelling at and kicking two elderly women in their 60s with walkers and a guy with a walking staff out of their store. THAT’S got to be good for your image! The manager lady was just unaccountably angry at us, like we were caught trying to steal her purse or something. She kept going to extremes, saying things like«You can’t print a coupon 500 times» and«We can’t just give away our whole stock of sales, either». Like I was scheming to personally bankrupt the company, when I had just been in one time! She was even cross-examining us about where the ladies got theirs from, somehow implying that they were trying to commit fraud! Can you imagine? At one point, she finally relented and admitted that the 2 ladies that were there for the first time could use theirs, only to rescind that 30 seconds later and kick us out. It was really scary to see someone acting that angry at us for no reason and upset and confused us all terribly, but especially the ladies, who don’t get out a lot and were very excited about coming here. They were getting yelled at and accused of things when they had never even been IN here before! You just don’t treat people like that, and I am going to insist that the company needs to investigate this thoroughly. Bottom line is, THEY are the ones with the nebulous coupon policies. I cannot be held accountable for following the clear cut rules they printed and not knowing what the secret restrictions of the day or personal interpretations are going to be. I was even told once that using expired coupons was just fine, only to have that change on me without notice a couple of times. That’s when they started getting upset with me, but I have always been respectful and followed the rules, even though they were unclear, contradictory and completely arbitrary. The tragic part of all this is, this IS my favorite burger place. They are the best by far. I have told many people that. Not any more. Sad how a couple of people can ruin that. I will not ever go through that again.

Pretty darn good burgerr but my favorite part was the smashfries. Golden fries tossed in garlic, rosemary and olive oil. Gave it a uniqueness you can’t get at other burger joints. For that, I gave it 4 stars when the burger was probably a 3.

The seasoned fries with rosemary or something, I don’t quite remember, are amazing. One of my favorite places to get fries. The burgers are great too.

Nom nom. Buttery, grilled meat. This place touts fresh, never frozen patties. Yes, you pay for it(an average of $ 5.99 for a regular sized, specialty burger). But yes, you can taste it. The Oklahoma burger is my fav. Their onion rings = amazingggggg. Their smashfries(fries doused in olive oil and sprinkled with rosemary!!!) and sweet potato fries are also amazing. The staff is also really nice. The assistant manager recognized me(«Back already?») — I wasn’t sure whether to be honored or mortified. Even though this place isn’t that big, they’re efficient at cleaning/turning over tables, so you’ll usually have a place to eat.

Great burgers, recommend fried pickles. Friendly staff, clean. Get meat only for our 2 std poodles and they charge less than full price. Awesome

Decent fries and burger, good price. I prefer grilled over fire to griddle, but the meat was flavorful. Why are there so many boutique burgee chains all of a sudden? And they still aren’t great.

I really like burgers. I simply don’t understand the trend for«fancy» burgers or even high end burger joints. Smashburger falls into the latter. I grew up with steakburgers from Steak & Shake, and love the«smashed» out burgers that get crispy on the griddle. Smashburger successfully replicates that experience. I liked the fact that they have different burgers to choose from with various toppings and noted on their website that each state has its own special, which I thought is cool. I ordered the Oklahoma burger, which was topped with fried pickles and their shoestring onions. The bun was great, the meat was crispy, but didn’t really standout. I got a side of the shoestring onions by themselves, they were the best part of the meal. Melted in my mouth. The interior was kind of just like an attempt at a streamlined modern diner. It actually kind of felt claustrophobic and the place wasn’t even really packed. I don’t really think I’ll be going back, unless I’m in the area and need some lunch. I’d rather support a local place like Fat Guy’s, then pay for a high end chain burger.

I really like smashburger. I’m a big burger guy, and I’m not a big fan of chains, but I like this place. I usually make my own bacon cheeseburger with a fried egg, and it’s one of my favorite burgers anywhere. I tried the Oklahoma Burger(fried pickles, onion rings, and ranch) and it was decent, but not my favorite. The smashfries are my favorite part of the whole menu, and the onion rings are really good too. I’m partial to the smaller, stringy onion rings. Also, they make sweet tea. That made my trip from CA back to OK feel that much more at home.

Went here with my mom and my two nephews under 4. The kids shared a grilled cheese and mom and I each ordered burgers customized to our taste. She ordered the Smashfries, which have light seasoning of thyme and rosemary. I ordered the plain fries. My likes-Coke products, delicious food, friendly service, meticulously clean restaurant, many options for your burger(some worth mentioning are egg bun, onion bun, wholegrain bun, pepper jack cheese, and many sauce, veggie and other choices) and kid-friendly atmosphere My dislikes– Really only one-the smallest burger is 1⁄3 pound, but the kids’ burger would probably be a good option This place is far better than Fatburger or Fuddruckers IMHO.
