Ruhl Construction

We looked at probably no less than 30 different builders in the Tulsa metro area for more than two years. We have built a home before and knew how the process should work and ruhl has met all expectations and beyond. Ruhl offers many floor plans and is more than open to customizing to any need or want you may have. We used one of their floor plans but then redesigned parts of the home for our satisfaction, their standards are way beyond most builders and their price per sq ft is what makes it even more amazing, they do not try and upsell and even when you upgrade items it’s not a crazy price. Daniel Ruhl is very involved in the company and our superintendent Tom, sales manager Dana, design studio/​everything else we need done girl Angela have all been amazing! We had a sit down with our superintendent and Angela to review plans and pick things out, we were able to go pick out everything for the house and it was all hassle free, we are always able to send a message to Angela or Dana and have questions answered right away! Daniel isn’t greedy and all about taking your money, Ruhl truly cares that their homeowners are very happy! Ruhl uses great contractors and great quality products in their homes, they are very respects throughout the Tulsa area and still manage to have awesome quality control for the amount of homes they are building.

Refuses to give us our contract or deposit. Signed contract March 4 and middle of May still has not broken ground. 1^st house didn’t fit lot and Ruhl is charging us for their mistake. First meeting with Daniel he was late and said he didn’t get message. Second meeting he never showed up and said he didn’t get message.
