This apartment complex does not respond to maintnence requests at all, if they do, it is very rarely and takes them weeks to get to it. My kitchen cabinets were and are still falling off of the wall which could potentially be very dangerous. I have had a request filed for 3 weeks now and nothing has been done to take care of it. The property manager, Jody, has told me twice that it would be taken care of that day that she told me this and it still has not been handled. The maintnence personnel also lied on their work order saying they had completed everything on my list of things to be fixed. When I finally had enough I caled this issue into their«urgent» phone system and then minuets later I walked into the leasing office only to hear a leasing agent speaking of my request and saying«it’s not an emergency, you don’t have to handle it.» This is the kind of apartment that I pay $ 599 a month for? For this kind of service. Once my lease is up, I am out of here. Also, drivers in this complex speed like a bat out of hell around corners with kids running all around the street.
