I normally don’t write Unilocal reviews for gas stations, but I’m making an exception today, because I received an exceptional service from an employee of this location, and this young man, Chad, deserves some recognition!
As the fall weather arrived, the colder weather significantly lowered my tire pressure, thus setting off the TPMS light. So I drove to our usual spot, the QT at 101^st & Memorial, to fill up my tires with my mom.
We came prepared with a electronic tire pressure gauge, and maybe it was the angle of the tire rim, it was preventing the air to properly inflate the tires. To make the story short, we were struggling with the tires for a bit, and this young man came over to ask if we needed some assistance, and proceeded to kneel down to take over for me.
Chad was going to do power wash? outside, and I don’t think it was under his job description to help with the the customers at the air stations. He could’ve just watched us fight with the air station and laugh at us, but he was kind enough to offer his help. He introduced himself and even made some small talk.
We’ve always been loyal customers of QT, and after this, it’s further proven that QT has awesome customer service! Please give Chad some recognition! We appreciated him! :)
