The nightly rate is pretty cheap, the floors were dirty in the hallways but the room was very clean and nice. The front desk worker was friendly and helpful. The construction has been completed and overall it is a good hotel for the money.

No mention was made of the giant construction taking place in the lobby. Breakfast was just okay, but was located in a converted guest room, which was just awkward. Very little seating area.

Not a bad place. It’s cheap. The rooms have low wattage bulbs so the lighting is very dim. Old school TVs, but the bed was good. It didn’t have any bugs so that’s a huge plus but you can see where they cut corners on appearance and upkeep. Now if that doesn’t bother you stay here, I will again when I’m in Tulsa

Was okay for a one night stay. We were upgraded for free to a King Suite. The room was clean, bed was comfy, hot tub was relaxing, great complimentary breakfast, friendly and helpful staff! The room can use an upgrade though. and a paint job.

Overall we were satisfied because it met our needs, but there were numerous issues we encountered. It wasn’t dirty, but it had the look of a cheap makeover. Some, luckily not all of the hallways had a VERY offensive burnt cigarette odor. Our bed had metal bars sticking out from under it, which we tripped over repeatedly before maintenance fixed it the next day. Only one of the TVs worked correctly. The breakfast was decent, but it was insufficient for the size of the hotel… it took 20 minutes to wait in line for the waffle machine and many people had resorted to sitting on the chairs and floor in the lobby because there were only 4 or 5 tables in the little breakfast room. Also beware of the pool area because there are some tiles that are VERY slippery. Our kids slipped and fell several times and I slipped and fell in the same spot as well. There are also some very tall curbs/sidewalks that have no guard railing. In today’s society I am surprised no one has been seriously injured due to one of the many safety issues at this facility and sued. Whoever owns the hotel seems to be taking a very hands-off approach. It met our needs and was clean(which is worth a lot), but I would definitely look for something else next time we need to stay in Tulsa.

You get what you pay for, don’t come here if you want a decent room. You could have an asthma attack from the smoke in the hallways. The morning guest services was very friendly though the morning breakfast was not tasty at all. Day/swing guest service did not look like she was too happy with anyone she had to deal with. I only gave this place two stars bc most employees were friendly. They just need to tear this place down and try again.
