Good variety of Vietnamese dishes in a clean restaurant. Service is OK. The phở broth is some of the better broth in Tulsa. Reasonable prices.

We stopped in here on our way to shop at Nam Hai grocery store. We had the Nhi special noodle bowl. The food was excellent, tasty, varied flavors, excellent presentation. The bowl contains various meats, noodles, mixed salad, peanuts, a sauce, and a dipping sauce. The service was very good and the place is spotlessly clean. We enjoyed our lunch and will return.

Although this place is new, it is good. Meatballs were a little weird tasting but I’m guessing because they made their own. Broth was delicious but when I put in the sauces in there, it kind of just disintegrated. It’s not bad but it’s not great either, it’s good enough if you’re having a phở craving. I went to visit when I’m in town since friends and family have been going but it’s not a big race. Service was great and wait wasn’t bad at all. Would maybe come back. Maybe.

The WORST phở ever. Waiting about half hour for phở. And the beef all are meat residue!!!

I’m from OKC and a «phở-natic». We have some amazing noodle houses where I live so my expectations are higher then most. I had ate phở in Tulsa before and was a little disappointed but I finally found THE place! Phở was great! Savory broth, meat was not chewy or overcooked and the staff was very nice. Portions are good too. Sometimes a small or regular size can still be too small but theirs was just right. Atmosphere was very clean and nice. Another perk to this place is it’s connected to a great Asian Market(Nam Hai). I made sure to roll through before I ate and ended up spending some money there too.

The pork bánh mì is listed as an appetizer. If you’re not too hungry, it really is a delicious meal. I haven’t tried the Phở, yet, but will definitely be back. Delicious pork bánh mì!!

Early dinner this evening of their Special Phở(everything but seafood) it was very tasty. The place is clean and wait staff young and eager to help you. Excellent Vietnamese coffee too!

This restaurant is at the main entrance of the new Nam Hai food market. The space is newly renovated and is clean and neat inside, complete with an authentic Phở cart as décor. The service is friendly, but very slow, we waited 15 minutes to get our bill and this was after the main lunch rush was over. For this reason, ask for the bill right when you get your food served, so you can leave when you’re finished if you’re on a schedule. The phở broth had a very nice flavor. I ordered the fat brisket, beef round and flank combo. There was not a lot of meat but I wouldn’t say it was a skimpy portion. I also had the pork bánh mì appetizer to try out. The pork was tender with a sweet and savory flavor in it. I would say the portion is a bit skimpy, but not a bad snack for $ 4. The baguette was good quality and nicely toasted, and it had an array of fresh veggies loaded on top so I could see myself coming by for one of these again sometime. I may return again, but probably not during a busy lunch time, unless I order ahead, which wouldn’t be a bad idea.

3.5 rating It was great until we finished eating… the place smelled like nail polish?! My friends thought the phở was awesome. I got an egg roll bun. It was crispy. Couldn’t finish the noodles. Portions are huge. Better to go with the regular bowl. I think there’s a lot of MSG used cause we were very thirsty afterwards. Might be better than Phở Da Cao due to it being newer/cleaner but please don’t have the place smell like nail polish. Last thing we need is a nail salon in a phở shop. Also I like how I can get some Asian grocery shopping out of the way at Nam Hai after a gut busting meal here :)

Came here on a Sunday for lunch around 1pm. Surprisingly, there was a line. We waited for a bit and were finally seated, even though there were plenty of empty tables. I was craving Bun Cha Gio, so I got the B3(Bun Cha Gio Thit Nuong — Grilled pork and egg roll bowl). The bowl was halfway filled with noodles and halfway filled with vegetables(mostly iceberg lettuce). Nevertheless, it was pretty good. The pork was really good and had a sweet glaze on it. The egg roll was piping hot. The pickled vegetables were also good. My mom got the phở and said it tasted like instant phở mix instead of freshly made broth, so you may be better off going somewhere else for phở… Service was eh. Waters went completely unrefilled the whole time. When we did ask for stuff, though, our waiter was pretty quick to get it to us. Boba tea — DON’T DOIT. I’m always weary about ordering bubble tea from a non-bubble tea specialized place. This is a perfect example why. I ended up going back into Phở Nhi after shopping at Nam Hai for bubble tea. They took my order immediately and then I ended up standing at the counter waiting. And waiting. I ended up waiting so long, the rest of my party started asking me what was wrong. Finally, someone went off to make it in the back(which also worries me. I like seeing them make it — aka if they use powder or not). I got the Classic Milk Tea. Barely any tea flavor. Mostly tasted like powdered milk and was kind of watery. Boba was warm, which was good and bad. Good that it was fresh. Bad in that it was so fresh, they didn’t soak it in the syrup, so it didn’t have the good, sweet tapioca taste. Texture was okay… I think it was slightly overdone though. For $ 4.07 this cup was NOT worth it.

The phở soup is the best. No other restaurant with phở compares. The flavored are amazing and the vegetables a very fresh. I do not eat meat so I always order p5 which is the phở rau-vegetable. It usually has a generous amount of fried tofu, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage and carrots. My mate gets the noodle bowl with the fried shrimp and egg rolls which is called bun cha gio Tom nuong. He is always very pleased. Last but not least… you must order the summer rolls!!! They are the best!

Great Phó, great service, HUGE portions. I got the regular bowl and barely got through half of it. Best Phó I’ve had in Tulsa thus far. Staff was friend and service was quick. Price was just right. Nice that it’s also in the same mall as the Nam-Hai market so if you are shopping, you can stop in for some food as well.

phở is Good thats why they got so many positive review. Just do not order rice plates unless you want to loose weight. Just few pieces of meat with pieces of vegetable, less than those in a burger.

I love how this restaurant is conveniently located in the same building as Nam Hai grocery store. That’s why we chose to come here since we had shopping to do afterwards. I’m glad we did because the food was pretty good. I got the broken rice platter and the plate it was on was huge so it made the portions looked very small. The dining room is huge with plenty of seating. And it’s very clean too. Service was good but it wasn’t busy when were there so the waiters were attentive. I’d definitely make a return trip here!

LOVE this place!!! I usually get the phở but thought I’d get the bun cha gio this time. Oh my goodness!!! The meats are fabulous, and the mint leaves are a pleasant surprise, however I’ve had better sauce/dressing just about anywhere else, but it didn’t deter the deliciousness of the meal. Also got the green papaya and beef jerky salad. Yummmmmm!!!

Grabbed lunch here on 03/09/2015 the service was fast and nice. The Phở was great and the serving was huge(and this was the regular size). It was everything I wanted it to be and I’ll be back for more!

The restaurant was very spacious so I didn’t feel cramped like most Asian restaurants, not that I mind that, it’s just a bonus feature that is nice. I had the spring rolls for an appetizer and it was up to par but the peanut sauce is what surprised me. It tasted like peanut sauce just with something extra and I found it delicious! From the thoughtfulness of double walled bowls to the extra long spoon with a little hook so it doesn’t fall in your bowl, I thoroughly enjoyed my phở and my boyfriend loved his bun cha gio nem nuong! I will definitely be returning here when I am in Tulsa!

I was very excited to try Phở Nhi as it would be so convenient to have a good Phở house right next to the Asian market I frequent so often and I was definitely not disappointed. I started off with the Grilled Pork Summer Rolls and then had the Phở«Adventurer’s Choice» #P6 and both were great. The peanut sauce accompanying the summer rolls was wonderful, the vegetables accompanying the Phở were fresh and plentiful and all the varying meats in the Phở were delicious. The wait staff was knowledgeable about the menu and took the time to answer my questions regarding the differences between several of the dishes to me. As for Unilocalers who take the opportunity to provide scathing reviews on an opening night, I don’t feel it is the spirit of what Unilocal stands for and consider it reckless and inappropriate. A review like the one given by the«first reviewer» below, has the potential to damage a small business right out of the gate, before it even has the time to get the kinks worked out of the system. When I see a «first review» this negative, I often take the time to check the Unilocaler’s profile to see what their other reviews are like. Often times you will see a pattern and or agenda. I urge all that enjoy Phở, give Phở Nhi a try and make up your own mind.

Not a bad start for this place. Got phở, a couple of banh mi and a lime soda. The phở was nothing special, the broth was ok, although I really like the stainless bowls it comes in. I got a pork banh mi and a chicken banh mi and they were reasonably priced and while simply made were very tasty. The veggies were pickled just right and the bread was warm when it came out. The lime soda was tart but not carbonated as some others I’ve had. I’ll be headed back for more sandwiches and other things on the menu but I will be sticking with Viet Huong for my phở fix.

Update: Shortly after writing my review last year, an internet troll contacted me to say something along the lines that I was«abusing» my Unilocal Elite status by writing a negative review. Negative? I gave the place 3⁄5 stars? Anyways, Catholic guilt(incredibly over developed) got the best of me and I eventually went back. The manager waited on me directly and it was a much better experience. Still not my favorite phở place in town, but we’ll definitely be back. 11÷18÷14 Pros: great décor, food is well plated, and they have all the most popular Vietnamese dishes on their menu(Phở, sandwiches, noodle bowls, and rice plates). There’s always plenty of parking and their hours are pretty convenient. Cons: they lose a star for service and they lose another star because I think the food is too Americanized. I prefer my Vietnamese food to be very pungent and more fish sauce-y. About the service, we ate there on opening day and they ran out of noodles. It was crazy. The phở noodles were varying sizes and they didn’t have anymore bun for the noodle bowls or spring rolls. For whatever reason, they didn’t give us the advertised opening day special. The special was still posted it on their FB page so we went back the same week. We were informed that they weren’t offering it anymore. On this day, they did have noodles in stock; however, as stated previously, the food was bland.
