This is the worst dentist or doctor of any kind that I have ever been to. I have been going to the dentist all of my life. I know good dentists. If this was the first dentist I visited I would never have gone back to another dentist for my whole life. When I called the office they got me in for an appointment the same day even though it was not an emergency. When I first walked in the picture of Mark Davis was from 30 years ago for a reason which I will not disclose minus the fact that he wanted to seem younger than he really was. They offered me chocolate chip cookies and a pop once I was waiting. Even though I went in to find out if I could get Invisiline I ended up spending 5 hours there to see how many services they could get out of my first visit with them. I ended up getting a filling that no one said I needed until I showed up. That tooth did not even hurt. When the staff was taking trays to see if I could do Invisiline I had 5 different staff members coming in and out trying to fit them correctly, including some of the office staff at the front desk. It was painful and very unprofessional. When I ended up going to a real orthodontist, they did the same thing in about 30 minutes and it took one qualified person. They tried to sell me everything possible that was available in this hard sell dentist office. They were rushed. They were all wearing headsets so that they could get all of the patients through like cattle. It was a horrible experience. The dentist did such a bad job I had to go and have the tooth fixed by a real dentist that cared. It pained me more than I had ever had at any doctor of any type. I thought I was going to have to go to the emergency room. It was sad because it did not even need to happen. I did not go in for a filling. I do not want that to ever happen to anyone ever again. They give you gift cards for giving them good reviews on google and other places. They want you to do it the same day before the anesthesia wears off, evidently. I feel for anyone that goes there and thinks this is a real dentist office instead of one of these mega offices that tries to make the most money off of a warm body that walks through the door. So sad. Please run when you hear this name: The Perfect Smile. It is The Perfect Storm.
