I started going to Pelle a couple years ago when Amy (owner) literally saved the day for me after a horrible, awful, unspeakably bad haircut I got at Supercuts. She fit me in early the very next morning and somehow managed to turn my hair disaster (think Florence Henderson on crack) into a cute, normal, sane looking haircut. I am forever grateful!
Since then, I’ve gone to Pelle regularly for cuts and/​or highlights, and I’ve always been highly satisfied with the way my hair turns out. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, and Amy is always a delight. She is great at listening to what I want and offering suggestions/​ideas when I need them.
I’ve never had a manicure or facial at at Pelle, so I can’t really speak to that.
