Worse experience i have ever had with medical staff. I have called the doctors office for the past month trying to get them to tell me what the result of my ct scan was, and wanted to know if some paperwork had been filled out by Dr Emery. After a month of constantly calling I was told that I had to make an appointment with the doctor in order for that to happen. Nobody had told me that despite all the calls I made and half the time when the receptionist said she would call me back nobody ever did. Also I was told there was a $ 30 fee for the doctor to process paperwork. Nobody had given me that information upfront and I actually almost lost my job due to being absent and my doctor not submitting paperwork in time. I tried to set up an appointment with the doctor the day I dropped off the paperwork and the receptionist simply refused to help me. DON’T go to this doctor. There are dozens of doctors offices just choose another one.
