Off the Cuff Cuisine

Our server was one of the chefs, and he was a huge help for us in deciding what to order. He made a suggestion to my friends, based on what they said sounded good to them. I struck out on my own, and probably should’ve asked for his advice – the combination I ordered was good, but not great. My friends were very impressed with theirs.
Desserts were fantastic – a pumpkin crème brûlée, and a Bailey’s cake.
The menu is a tad confusing and overwhelming. My advice is to ask for your server’s suggestions before ordering. I think this place could be really good if it can overcome the menu issues – it’s a bit off-​putting when you see it, but the place has great potential. Outdoor seating is a big plus.

Friendly service. Concept is good but not able to execute. Ordered sushi as appetizer… came after our meal was finished. Salsa just so so. Chicken was like rubber. The jalapeño were not spicy. We went based on a recommendation. Yeah well… Not so good.

My husband and I have been here several times with our toddler son. It was excellent with good service and great food. This last time something was different. Really different. The food was overcooked, the recipes were different and that is exactly why we were coming here. They had the best Mac and cheese… Like ever. I was so excited to get it again and everything about it was different. We were very unimpressed and I doubt we’ll return. And I’m sad about that.

I really don’t know why everyone is giving this place five stars. We went there last night the experience was worse than it’s ever been. The server was very argumentative and never was around. It took over an hour to get our food and there were not two tables inside that had anybody sitting at them. The prices went up and the portions sizes went down. I had bone in pork chops which was so overcooked but you couldn’t even cut it with a knife. I have never seen a bone in pork chop that looked quite like this. Instead of having one bone on one side it had four rib bones going through the entire chop. Our other entrée was the Seabass which tasted fine but the portion size looked about like 3 ounces and went from 18.99 to 24.99.
We also ordered the quesadilla and they tried to charge two dollars for a 1 ounce side of ranch and four dollars for about eight strips of jalapeño. The total cost of the quesadilla was $ 18 and was the size of something you would get at Taco Bell. They did take the cost of the ranch and the jalapeño off reluctantly. I have always supported this place since the day it opened but I think it’s the last time and I’ll be going.

Went with friends. Atmosphere has not changed from the previous tenant. My wife and I shared several appetizers, none of which were standout. Friends had sushi and sea bass, they were satisfied with their choices. Not sure this one will last any longer than Infusion did.

Sea Bass was amazing! Service was very good, atmosphere was relaxed and prices are very reasonable! I would recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Amazing! Great atmosphere and excellent food! The sea bass was perfectly cooked. It was so flaky. Large portions for the price I was very impressed! Great for kids too. They brought my boys a tablet preloaded with Sprouts games for them to play while they waited. The service was okay but the food made up for it! If we didn’t live out of town we would be regulars. Absolutely delicious!

FANTASTIC place, loved the service and the food was incredible. (My kids even ate, which, is a huge thing if you knew them.) I only wish it opened earlier in the day so I could have it more often! I will definitely be back.

I give it one star because it was open. If you are considering this new restaurant, please thing again! The only thing worse than the service was the food and the only thing worse than the food was the service! I had dental work so ordered soup and Mac and cheese. It took an hour to get it. It was salty and COLD. The restaurant was half or ore empty, and we were told, at 7:30 on Friday night that they were out of baked potatoes. No one in. Our party of 8 was pleased. We were starving when food finally arrived. We were hungry when we had eaten what we could. Lots of servers at the bar, but we had to go to the bar to order. Don’t know what was going on in that kitchen, but 8 people will not be back to find out.

Great restaurant! Beautiful, artistic décor and GREAT, Gourmet food!

I tried this new place the second day it was opened because of a friend! The menu was very interactive, and you could create almost any dish your heart desires!
The food was cooked perfectly and I loved the seasoning on the chicken!
The waitstaff was very sweet and welcoming. The interior was very clean and well put together. They also have a fantastic patio that is partially covered!
I think this will be a great place to go after work for a drink and on Saturdays for dinner and a drink!
