Mr. Nice Guys

This place is delicious! The Jerk Chicken Mac n Cheese is the best mac you’ll ever have and it’s so filling. They have a new takeout location at 37^th & Harvard, open Tuesday through Saturday 11am-​9pm. I go there at least once a week. Also, if you want an easy and fast way to order, check out the OrderOnMyWay app! It has their whole menu on there and you can order without even having to call. If you live in Tulsa, this needs to be your new go-​to taco (and Mac n Cheese) place. If you’re visiting Tulsa, definitely check out this small takeout taco shop. You’ll love it.

This was my first time to attend Food Truck Wednesday at the Guthrie Green, and my friend and I both chose Mr Nice Guys. The shrimp tacos were fan-​fricken-​tastic! I got the meal special, which is 2 tacos and bean dip with tortilla chips and a drink. It was the perfect amount of food for a very reasonable price. I will definitely have to try the Mac and cheese next time, as that looked totally amazing.
Don’t let the exterior fool you, the inside looked immaculate, and all the guys inside were friendly and quick. I will certainly have a hard time choosing a different truck the next time I am able to venture downtown again.

Went to have lunch at the food trucks at Guthrie Green last Wednesday and we tried Mr. Nice Guys. Took our food into the downtown Philbrook for a free lunch event.
We got there a little after 11 am (they open at 11:30) and there was already a line so we knew it must be good. They had a selection of tacos-​veggie, spicy pork, jerk chicken, shrimp, and roasted pork loin-​that you could get a la carte. Also they had baked mac and cheese and the veggies and meats listed above-​so I guess instead of a taco shell you could get with mac and cheese? Not sure, will ask and try next time. From the other reviews it looks like the mac and cheese must be really good.
I got the lunch special which was 2 tacos of my choice, bean dips & chips, and a drink of my choice for $ 10. It was perfect! I chose the shrimp tacos and the roasted pork loin. The shrimp tacos had citrus slaw and cilantro and the pork had peach chutney, cilantro and onion. Everything was delicious and the perfect size. The bean dip and chips were really good.
The people that worked there were very friendly. Will definitely be back, highly recommend.

Going to food truck Wednesday is always a highlight because I am always excited to eat Mr. Nice Guys! The food is delicious. I’ve never had anything new bad and would wait in line for anything they have. It is definitely the best. The guys working the truck are always friendly. While their truck may deter you from trying, there is a reason their lines are always long! Keep it up guys!

I’ve been looking for this place for over a year now. I almost gave up! As I’m making my way to The Brady Arts District & I forgot that the church that’s by me has food trucks in their parking lot every Tuesday from 11am — 1:30pm. Then, I see it & turn right around to finally try them out!
I get the Jerk Chicken Mac & Cheese. In-​freaking-​credible!!! Lots of food! Jerk chicken (of course), cheeses, pasta, cilantro, corn & black bean salsa (which was very good as well). So much flavor & they chicken wasn’t real spicy so people would be able to tolerate it. Very cheese & they’re NOT stingy with the chicken at all. Good stuff!
I guess they stopped serving lobster mac & cheese because that’s what I always wanted to try from them. Oh well, what I ordered made up for that. The workers were nice, the service was quick, the wait wasn’t long at all.

Love the way these guys are trying different things. Had the lobster mac n cheese the first time I ate off their truck and it was great. Today had the seared ahi mac n cheese and it was fantastic. Plenty of ahi tuna seared to perfection on a very good mac and cheese. They also have different types of tacos and other types of mac n cheese. This truck is doing it right. Follow on Facebook for appearances and head to Guthrie Green on Wed and catch them there for lunch.
