AWFUL, LYING, THIEVES. This hotel currently owes me over $ 600. I stayed here on business with a crew requiring 6 rooms. We checked out on a Wednesday morning and were charged for 2 more nights in all 6 rooms. I’ve been calling the manager repeatedly for 5 days now and she doesn’t even have the integrity to get on the phone with me. Just disgusting. Do NOT let this hotel touch your credit card!!!

I have stayed here several times. They are trying to fix it up. The location isn’t in a bad part of the city it don’t seem. The TV situation is no good. You get antenna TV unless you have ROKU or Netflix accounts. The price is reasonable though. Not cheapest but decent value for what you get.

Do not stay here! Bed bugs!!! I woke up the next morning covered in bites. Looked my kids over and they had them too. The hotel is also worn out, falling apart and clientele is real sketchy.

Stains on the sheets. I had to move. Even though it is non-smoking, it wreaks of cigarettes. Yuk! Yuk! I could hear the manager in the background wanting to know what was wrong. He said«what now?» Very disappointed in the management.

When I moved from Los Angeles to Boston I stayed here one night as I drove across the country. It was the worst hotel experience I ever had. After I checked in, the guy at the desk told me the water was out and would be fixed in an hour. That wasn’t really okay, since I had two cats with me who needed water, but whatever, it was too late. As the night went on, there was still no water. The front desk kept telling me that it was being fixed, it would be another 20 minutes or so until the water was back. I had unpacked my whole car into the room, I had the cats settled in, and I couldn’t leave. I really needed a shower and a bathroom. I was mad at this point, and I asked the guy at the front desk to take me to whoever was working on it. He admitted that the technician hadn’t shown up yet. I was lied to about the situation and I wasn’t told about the water problem until after I had paid for the room, which was seriously unethical. I contacted Motel 6 customer service afterwards and asked for a refund, but they refused. They lost my business for life.
