I went to Midnight Sun on Sat., 6÷4÷16. Three girls @ the desk. I told them I had been there before but needed to renew my month of unlimited tanning. One said it was shift change, so it would be just a minute, as she was counting the cash drawer. Okay, but what are the other 2 doing? Open bag of chips, looking @ phone & completely ignoring me. At least 7 – 8 minutes pass. No one speaks to me at all. Could one not have ask me which package I wanted to renew? Paperwork to fill out? Sell me some lotion? Anything? I told them I had to leave, but still no one tried to help me, so I walked out & won’t be back.

At least one bulb is usually burnt out(over a month this time), and I would compare the service experience to being trapped in a public restroom with a broken toilet. One girl(whose name I’m withholding) seems to absolutely hate people. Consistently. In fact, I warned her I would post this if the service didn’t get better. Don’t know if Kellie works there anymore, but she was the ONLY nice employee — the others can’t seem to give less of a crap.

Sometimes when you come here it appears that no one is working, like today, I waited almost 10 minutes before I saw an employee. I chk the bathroom just to b sure. I also chk a few of the rooms. I found no employee. Just as I was abt to call to see if someone would answer, considering I was sitting in the lobby, the employee appears! She came out of 1 of the rooms with the big fancy bed apologizing a lot. Here’s a tip for you sweetheart– if you want to tan, I have no prob with that. Plz do your tanning when customers are not sitting for 10 min wondering what’s the deal.
