McDonald’s

Open early, fast service, okay employees. First time they didn’t add stuff to the oatmeal, they gave it to me in sealed packages. I was glad I checked before getting on the road, would have been hard to drive and assemble the oatmeal! Coffee good as usual, right number of Equal and cream!

Crappy store. Never get your order right. I sat after paying then had an employee actually ask me what I had ordered. Then I searched the bag after the gave me stuff and 2 things were wrong. I was careful as this place screwed up or cheated me out of food I paid for the 3 trips before this one. Then I got home and my drink was some koolaid shit instead of the coke I ordered. Thiefs.

I hate to give 1 star reviews, and I doubly hate going back to a review and updating it with a 1 star. Yet if I did not I would be remiss in reporting to you good reader what I have seen.
05/​18/​2015 I popped in to grab a quick burger and fries. I had placed my order and was watching an employee that was clocking out and leaving. A Late forties to early fifty’s white female, blond hair and toothless. She was «tweaking» so bad she could not stand still, mumbling and having conversations with folks that were not there.
As she was leaving she knocked a cup dispenser full of cups from the counter and they landed on the floor. The Hispanic cashier that had taken my order reached down and picked them up and slid them back in the holder. I said loud enough for her to hear me «Your not going to use those once they have been on the floor are you». The manager, a Hispanic male with a beard pulled them from the holder and told the cashier «If they hit the floor don’t put them back in if there is a customer watching».
Suddenly that burger and fries didn’t look so good…
The tweaker employee wandered around the lobby a bit and then exited the store. A few minutes later the manager slid the cups back in the holder and I left. I doubt I get sick, but I can’t abide the sanitary disregard and drugged out employees. I’ll not go back.

Don’t eat fast food, but had a client who was hungry for some fries so I stopped at this McDonalds. Pretty disgusting when you see their employees standing out front of the restaurant smoking cigarettes and then going back into the restaurant to cook and serve your food. Yuck!

Everyone’s been to McDonald’s so you know the food is actually pretty decent. This one is in a nice location, just up the road from TU.
I’ll get a oreo McFlurry from time to time and it’s consistently awesome! The service is very nice and polite, but often extraordinarily slow. I once took a friend here for late night and we waited… and waited… and waited. Waiting in the drive-​through gives one plenty of time to ponder life’s existential questions, which is undesirable at midnight.
This restaurant is situated in a lot that is too small, so they basically built it sideways with parking behind. It’s also on an elevated lot, so enter slowly and at your own peril!
Finally, the drive-​through is open 24 – 7, which is nice for those who are up at weird hours.
Overall, this is a typical McDonald’s. I recommend for the occasional treat. (Really though, you probably shouldn’t be eating fast food!)

You get what you expect from any McDonalds. The food is consistent. What is really inconsistent is the service. Specifically, I have figured that one out of every three trips through the drive-​thru have resulted in missing items such as fries, napkins, straws, jam, etc. some of these I have caught while I was still at the window but other times I didn’t find out until I got home. They need to try a little harder at this location.
