This is the 3rd time I’ve been there and will not be back! The first experience I had was alright, but they always cut me. Today I went in and it was a Saturday so they were busy, they told me it’d be about 30 min so I walked around the rue21 store for a few minutes and came back. They put me in a chair and kept me sitting there for an additional 20 minutes and then the lady kept asking me what I want after I’d told her several times I just need a fill. Then she made me take my own polish off which became I big cotton mess because it was sticking to my fingers. Then I paid $ 20 for a fill and tip color change when a full set is $ 25! Will not be back! I will also be reporting them to the health department. People who were getting pedicures were walking around barefoot, didn’t even have foam flip flops or anything. Don’t waste your time or money!

Do not go here. Totally unsanitary. Went to get my acrylics soaked off… They used a fake nail to attempt to chip away at the acrylic overlay. 25 minutes and I left with one nail off, one hand totally unfinished and one hand untouched… Would not recommend. I had to leave after 30 minutes and explaining over and over what I was expecting. The lady doing my nails clearly did not understand english. DONOT waste your time.

First time going and last time going! They did an absolute terrible job on my nails! I had to tell her she wasn’t even covering my whole nail with the fake nail gel then when it came time to paint my nails they didn’t even paint my whole nail seriously looked like a child did my nails and also not to mention literally 3 women each had their part in my full set!!! I will never go back and I really wish I wouldn’t have even paid them!!! Terrible place.

the lady bloodied 3 of my nails with a tool she then used on another person without sanitation(see picture). I stopped mid manicure, not wanting to put polish on my open wounds, and they expected me to pay $ 15. they quickly quieted down when I asked them to see a license for the woman who performed my hack job. I left with one hand buffed and bleeding, the other with old polish still on, and googling a number I could call to report them for health concerns. Do. not. go.

Second terrible experience. 3 days later my polish is lifting and I do not trust that anything they used was sanitized(although they advertise cleanliness and ‘new’ materials for each pedicure on their door). Last time I went, the lady cut my mother in laws foot with the razor. Should have known not to trust in second chances! Certainly will not be back!

Pedicure — water was so scolding hot I thought I got third degree burns. Manicure — I was up charged $ 5 because my nails were short. Brazilian wax — lady shaved me so short before wax that she couldn’t even pull any hairs off and just ripped skin off. Looked horrible. Patches everywhere, different lengths, and she gooped me up with that thick yellow neosporin. Two different ladies came in the room. The second one, the owner, left the door open and several times people walked in and when I said something she just said we were all women and had the same stuff. Then when I told her it looked horrible she said the first lady shaved me and messed it up. Cleanliness — zero stars. Should’ve known better after seeing them use the same pedicure tools on me and the next lady. No clean towels. Hair on razor before she tried to use it on me. She waxed me, didn’t use gloves, then left without washing her hands. They have a sign in the window stating they use new pumice and hot stones on every customer but the one she used on me has clearly been used before and on the next lady. I recommend NOT going here.
