Liberty Tower Condominiums

Liberty Tower has been my home for 24 years. I have served 11 years on the Board of Directors and was President for a long time during that period. Liberty Tower Of Tulsa is conveniently located in downtown Tulsa’s Southern side. The building is located at 15^th St. and Boulder Ave. It is so convenient to Cherry Street that some people can walk or bicycle there without any trouble. You also have all of downtown’s new restaurants available to you, as well as going to Brookside for the excitement there. Living in Tulsa’s highest condominium is a point of excitement for most people. If you’re into getting up in the morning you have a sunrise that is spectacular and those that are on the west side of the building thoroughly enjoy the gorgeous sunsets every night. It would be distracting and unuseful to say that Liberty Tower Of Tulsa is a middle-​class apartment complex. Liberty Tower Of Tulsa is unique because it has many upper middle-​class people living there, and also renting and leasing units that they own. Recent renovations include a complete remodeling of the lobby area and the vestibule in the office area. Don’t forget our new swimming pool that is a salt based pool. Located on the seventh floor terrace it provides wonderful views of all of Tulsa in the summertime and early fall. The Floyd L Walker Library is a great escape from television or other entertainment media’s. It is filled with mysteries, novels and biographies that are current to this day, and we also have a large selection of older historical books that are rare in the libraries around this area. Free Wi-​Fi And a laptop computer is available to you in this majestic room that simulates Mr. Walker’s office in the 1960s. Mr. Walker was a famous lawyer in Tulsa and was noted for the IBM — Telex case that made international headlines. During that time he was also the founding president of our homeowners association. With his help he turned liberty tower into the fantastic facility that it is today. If you don’t have enough room in your apartment for a small party, liberty tower offers three club rooms that have been recently redecorated and are available free to all liberty tower owners and residents. If you have ever dreamed of living in a high-​rise New York City condominium or a Chicago condominium on Lakeshore Drive, try LIBERTY TOWER. Every condominium is personally decorated to the taste of the owner and often you can make adjustments to the design of the condominium through permission from the owner. A 24 hour concierge desk, key cards for entry to the building and covered security controlled parking for all residents complement everything that has been said about liberty tower. No wonder I’ve stayed so long. I am very proud of my home and the international style building that it represents. A list of available condos are available at the front desk. Each condo is owned by a particular owner and they are all different in many ways. It is not unusual for an owner to put $ 30-​$ 60,000 into a renovated unit and then lease it out. After all, Liberty Tower Of Tulsa is our home and we want the best neighbors possible!

I have been a member or dealt with a few HOA’s in my life. I am not a member of this HOA however I have some good friends that are members. I have watched this HOA go thur changes over the years and they have always maintained one focus which is how the HOA could best benefit the members and those living within the rules of the HOA. The HOA has always been very open with all their affairs to their members those affected by the HOA.
