LaMode Quality Cleaners

Really great customer service! I haven’t used any kind of dry cleaning service in years, but recently my husband purchased some pants for work and 2 of the pairs were labeled dry clean only. Oops. I read online that some of the cheaper services leave chemical smells on clothing, yuck. I didn’t want that smell in my closet so I decided to go ahead and pay a little more at LaMode. Plus it’s on my way to work!
The lady that was working this morning was really friendly, and had me fill out a short form since this was my first visit. She mentioned that I could drop my items off any time before 9am and they would be available for pickup by 3pm the same day — score!
I returned after work and a different, but equally friendly, lady retrieved my items. She handed me a coupon for 20% off my next order for trying them out, yay! My husband’s pants turned out great, and the service was great so I didn’t mind paying $ 5.70 a pair. We will definitely be using them again!
