Ate there today for the very first time, so I thought we paid when we left. No. Before we sat down the very loud lady being the counter yelled out a total and looked at me. Embarrassed, I returned to counter to pay, noticing thru our meal all others paid as they left. I ordered chicken fried steak, for the sides, Cole slaw and baked beans. Eventually our meal was brought out on plastic throw away plates and the toasted bread was almost thrown down beside each of us. Beans were good, Cole slaw a little bitter for my taste and the meat was a tad salty. The place itself looks a little shabby chic. Empty boxes piled in a corner and just looks a little dusty. Other than the loud lady behind the counter the place is tolerable. The food I had was passable. Not sure if I would revisit.

I have had BBQ all over the US and this was a less than inspiring location. I had the two meat plate with coleslaw and potato salad. I chose polish sausage and sliced brisket for my two meats and neither of them were very good. I had high hopes walking in because the smoker was going full tilt outside, and did it smell great. Unfortunately, the aroma of smoking meats was way better than the actual product. The sausage appeared to be grilled with little to no smokiness and the brisket was dry and tough. They were both edible by drowning them in the«homemade» sauce. The potato salad and coleslaw weren’t special and I suspect came out of a can. The food isn’t the best part. Had I noticed the 25+ five gallon buckets sitting all throughout the dining area before I ordered and paid I would have turned around and left. Tulsa had had quite a lot of rainfall recently and the structure that houses this eating establishment has a SEVERE leaking issue. I counted 25 buckets sitting on the floor, on tables, and on the shelf opposite the drinks & utensils area all catching leaking rain water… one of which had rusty water. The inside ceiling is covered with tin roofing. I can only imagine how many more were of these buckets were sitting in the kitchen and food prep area. Maybe the food is better on the weekend… but it wasn’t very good today. Beware of 5 gallon buckets it is raining!

I would give 4.5 if I could. The only reason I gave a 4 is because I only ate a hamburger and fries. This place doesn’t look like much on the outside but that’s ok because I didn’t plan on eating the building! As soon as we walked in we were greeted by one of the most cheerful, friendly people I’ve met and certainly better than some of the restaurant workers at chains that seem to hate their job. The lady was so nice and we were in a hurry due to an appointment and mentioned it to her and she assured us our food would be quick, and it was! My burger tasted like it was charbroiled maybe… Not sure but It was great! Want To go back and try their BBQ next! But may stick with burger bc it was so good!

This place is disgusting. The air ducts in the ceiling are pumping black mold. The ceiling is falling apart. I ordered a half rack of ribs to go and it took about five minutes. When I got home I discovered that they did not bother to cut the ribs so it was a solid hunk of meat. As I cut the ribs apart it was apparent that the ribs were pink. I thought it was the smoke and tried to eat one from the end but it was raw. After cutting and separating the ribs I cooked the remainder of the raw meat. When I ate them there was not even much smoke flavor. I think what little smoke flavor there was must have come from a bottle. About three hours later I had a sudden need to rush to the bathroom. That raw rib I ate made me sick. I will never go to this disgusting BBQ place again.

Nice comfortable little place with great burgers and fries for a reasonable price. Friendly people and fast service. A type of place I would try to get a group to go for lunch.

Waaaaaaay out on Admiral, this sad looking place from the outside brightens up once you get inside. Very friendly folk behind the counter where you place your order and they then bring your food to the table. Evidently they are the real descendants of the original Hatfield’s and McCoy’s! Restaurant seems clean inside although their sign out front really needs some TLC. I got the burger special, although had to pay extra for cheese. This place has the SWEETEST tea I have ever tasted, almost syrup but I aint complaining. Free refills, crushed ice and to go cups. Hefty Burger was on a nice sized bun it oddly but did not come with lettuce or tomato, meat flavor was good and the cheese not completely melted. They serve the olé fashioned tater tots here, which were tasty but I prefer regular hand cut string fries I think. They have BBQ and other items besides burgers and homemade pies. Interesting selection of customers from truck drivers, utility pole men, elderly couples and families. Quick lunch costs about $ 8 bucks.

I have eaten at Hatfields many times. They have great burgers! I have tried many things on the menu, and all were good. Prices are very good for the helping you get. This is not a dress up place, but is very down home with good food.

If there was a 2.5 rating, that is where i would put this place. Couple times i went, the tots were well done which isn’t my thing. Not a type of place i would try to get a group to go for lunch but i wouldn’t object if it was brought up. Esta mas o menos.

Superb burger place — totally reasonable prices, and the buger reminded me of what I get at Johnny Rockets(except this place is a super bargain). I love that the ice that you get is the stuff that is like lumpy snow! I had the quarter pounder with everything and a side of tater tots, I was in heaven. There is no pretense, or fashion at this place, just good quick downhome eats. When in Tulsa — drop on in!
