Easily my favorite burger joint in Tulsa. If you’re feeling adventurous, get the Fat ‘n’ juicy, just be extra careful when biting into it as the melted cheese inside feels like Molten lava at first. The Thunder burger and the Kimchi burger are also solid choices.(Not sure if the Kimchi one is still available as they rotate their specialty burgers). Excellent variety of dipping sauces, and perfect fries(you can’t go wrong with either the spicy or the original).

This is a cool trendy burger joint. This was my first time and I had to ask if the beef patties are frozen or fresh. With great relief I was told the is beef is ground fresh daily. The best part is not 1 patty but 2 and they put butter and cheese in between them sealing it up, so beware of the juicy buttery cheese oozing out of a delicious burger. They have a large verity of toppings from Thai chili to grilled pineapple and the standards(lettuce, tomatoes, onions). My next trip to Fat Guy’s, I’m going to try the chili cheese dog. The Fries are great — again a large verity of sauces for you fries, I had the Chipotle Aioli, it was great! They serve beer on the draft, bottle or Can. You order and pay at the counter and they will bring your food to you.

Let me just start by saying the cheeseburger I had was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. I’m a big 5 Guys fan — this was comparable. Even the seasoned fries were very similar the the Cajun fries at 5 guys. I didn’t try the wings, but I heard good things. I like that there’s unique sauces that you can use for your fries and burger. I tried the chipotle ketchup and it was good, however, I just think they sprinkled some seasoning in the ketchup, so nothing special. Overall, I’d definitely try this place again when I visit.

I just made my 2nd visit to Fat Guys Burgers. I ordered a cheese burger & regular fries to go. The burger was superb as expected. The fries tasted overdone. They were very dark & had a bit of a burnt flavor to them. But if you are looking for a great burger, this is the place to get it!

Five stars for it’s unique burgers. I went here for The first time last night and had their peanut butter burger with bacon done Thai chili style. Really unique and delicious flavors. Gets you out of the regular burger routine.

Edited… Owners reached out and I got reimbursed for missed order. Planning to go back ASAP. These burgers are no joke. One of the best burgers I’ve ever had. I got the one with butter and cheese in the middle. It was messy, and I’m not one for messy burgers, but this one was amazing. U will not be disappointed. Burgers were amazing. I ordered a hot dog with chili and when I got home, realized it wasn’t in the bag. Couldn’t go back because I had to get to work. I called a few times but no response. I will have to double check next time, but I was in such a hurry. Hope they respond back so that I can get credit. But if u want an amazing burger and fries, this is the place to go.

Holy cow! Pun intended. Black and blue burger is amazing. The pulled pork burger is amazing. The strawberry ketchup is amazing. This place is… amazing. Everything we ordered was amazing. I wish there was one by me in Dallas.

Sometimes you just have a hunger that can only be managed by a custom made, delicious and monster burger. Fat Guy’s Burger Bar is the place to go. You get to create your own burger without putting the work into it. They have an amazing of alternative *free* toppings to dress your bun and it’s definitely a lot cooler than your conventional mustard and ketchup. They even have a delicious Veggie Burger for Vegetarians! Also, get the fries but I warn you, they have two sizes, extra large and enormous, ha. I usually get the smaller size and split it with someone and it’s still pleanty. This is the perfect, affordable way to endulge one’s appitite and get a great view of the ball park.

I ate here countless times while I lived in Tulsa and I loved bringing my family and friends in to try it. All it took was one time and this place would rise to the top of their favorites in Tulsa. The food is bar none. You can pretty much make your burger any way you’d like it and you can have it as small as you want or as large as you want; you just have to ask. They have amazing specialty burgers(try the peanut butter bacon or the black and bleu)! They also have tons of choices of dipping sauces for your fries(garlic aioli and strawberry ketchup are my favs)! They have a good beer selection and I hear their milkshakes are to die for! The staff is accommodating. I have never had an issue with them. They are friendly and courteous but not always they chattiest; they stay pretty busy! The parking is pretty limited in both locations during busy times. It’s probably because a game is on one of their several big screen TVs. So if you would like it less crowded try to avoid going during huge sporting events. However you could always just grab it To-Go. Whether you visit the one by the ballpark or south Tulsa, prepare yourself for a great experience.

My husband picked up burgers for us from here tonight. They were delicious. I had a bacon and cheese, my son had a peanut butter and bacon and my husband one with blue cheese. They were all perfect. We shared some fries that were also pretty good. I’m not a big fry person, but they were seasoned well and were t just run of the mill boring fries. They also have lots of dipping sauces like chipotle ketchup and wasabi ketchup. If you are looking for a big, greasy real burger stop by this place. No yucky fake fast food meat– just the real deal.

The name and the logo are kind of meh, but wow… GREATBURGERS. I have heard from a zillion people about all these great burger places in town and have tried a bunch of them. From the tiny burger bars, to the chains, etc. This place is good! The location seemed a bit funky, but I guess if there is a game going on then that is great for business as it backs up to the baseball stadium. I ordered a cheese burger and got some fries as well. The food came out and it was hot, fresh and awesome. The seasoning on the meat and the produce were all great. The fries were evil. I had to eat them all. Yum. Parking can be kind of a challenge and the prices are good for what you get.

I’ve been twice and disappointed both times. I’ve had the peanut butter bacon and the black and blue burger and was let down both times. The peanut butter left me just feeling queasy and the black and blue just tasted wrong. If you want the most marvelous«bleu» burger of your life go to JJ’s on Peoria. Many people say this is the best burger in Tulsa, but I’m just not seeing the appeal. I would take a sonic burger over them any day(I’m being absolutely serious). Great allocation next to the ball field, though.

I will say one of the best burgers I have had. Went there with a friend and he got the Specialty Fried Pickle Burger(I think that’s the name) and spicy fries with garlic aioli dipping sauce. He told me not to get any fries cause one order would be enough. He wasn’t kidding. We didn’t even finish that! I got a Cheeseburger add egg and it was so good! I didn’t realize the burgers were double patties so it was huge, but every part of it was enjoyed! I like that they ask what you want on your burger and not put a bunch of stuff that I will pick off later. They have a great selection of dipping sauces and the garlic aioli with the spicy fries were very well paired! They have outside and inside seating, but the inside is a little cramped for me. I mean you can also get beer there! It’s great! Can’t wait to go back and try the peanut butter burger!

Fat and juicy all beef burgers dripping with almost any flavorful topping you can think of. Real handmade milkshakes that bring both boys and girls to the yard! Fries are served in paper sacks and are huge servings. Many choices of dipping sauces for your fries as well.

The décor isn’t great but you don’t come to a place like this for the atmosphere. You come because, hand to God, this is the best burger joint in the city. The fries: In my mind this can make or break a place. These fries are amazing. They are the perfect balance between crispy and soft, and are seasoned perfectly. The spice fries are fantastic, not burn your mouth crazy but just enough bite to them that you really enjoy them. Plus they come with a number of sauces, I only got to try three, garlic, ranch, and Parmesan peppercorn but I loved them. The garlic is surprisingly subtle, strong enough that you get that wonderful flavor but mild enough that you don’t get dragon breath. The ranch was zesty and delicious. The peppercorn parm was my favorite by far. It was that beautifully rich flavor of Parmesan, smooth And creamy and the addition of the peppercorn gave it a nice sharp contrast that went beautifully with the fries. The burgers though… Oh Lordy. They were glorious. They’re thinner patties but you get 2 or three. I had a double bacon cheeseburger and it was divine. You can get whatever toppings you want; I had grilled onion and mushrooms and they were perfectly cooked. The burger was well seasoned and it was Cooked perfectly, all the way through. The bacon was high quality and cooked to slightly crispy, providing a nice texture contrast. I’m not a beer person, but they have a great selection on tap and a number of bottled beers. The milk shakes are to die for. Kids are more then welcome and can get kids sizes in burgers and drinks.

My burger dining accomplice DJ Fatboy and I found this place on Unilocal. We try different burger establishments across the country. I must say Fat Guys is a list topper and one of the finer burger joints we’ve visited. Everything from the meat, toppings, seasoning, and bun were all top notch and created the perfect burger storm. I will definitely be back here. The large fry was huge and enough for 4 people. This was a definite winner.

I’ve been here twice now and I’ve been pleased both times. Tried the«fat and juicy» burger this time around. That’s two parties stuffed with butter and your choice of cheese. The guy at the front told me to be careful on the first bite as the burger is quite juicy and stuff WILL come out lol … and it did. Yum! Wife had a chicken burger which she was very pleased with again. They also offer a great amount of free toppings you can choose to customize your burger, your way. If you order the fries you’ll get a couple free dipping sauces to choose from including the garlic aioli and chipotle ketchup. So good. I really have nothing negative to say, but I do have a couple observations. 1) the price was a tad high. Not ridiculous, but a couple bucks more than a typical burger joint. 2) don’t order the large fries unless you have a large family lol should’ve taken a pick. It was like half a brown bag full of pretty tasty fries. If you like burgers and toppings and dips, give this place a look!

I had the Thunder Burger & it was super good! I’m not a big fan of Bologna but it when well with the beef patty, cheddar cheese, creamy bbq & bacon. I didn’t get the fries this time, I didn’t want to get overstuffed but the sauces they have for them, made it hard for me to make that decision.

Excellent burgers. Double meat cooked right. Just the right amount of seasoning blending with the creamy melted cheese. A pile of fresh cut fries and more dipping sauces than even a fat guy can sample in One visit. And I would know. All-in-all a great stop. Gotta love it. Disclaimer: the fact the absolute cutest redhead ever was working during my visit had absolutely nothing to do with this review. Totally separate issue.
