I came on a Thursday night solely because admission was free and my teenage niece wanted to see the horses. I’m not much of a gambler or an equestrian, but I enjoyed watching the older men and their wife’s with their ten gallon hats cheer on the horses while sipping rum & coke in the beer tent.
