Elephant trunk is THE place to shop for Vera Bradley and other high quality bags and luggage. I take my husband there at least once a year to buy a new man bag or get one fixed. He is really hard on them.
Because he is visually impaired, he tends to stuff his bag way too full of low vision gadgets. Consequently, they tend to to come apart at a seam after awhile. But the folks at Elephant Trunk always take care if him. They either arrange to have it sent off and get fixed or they tell him it’s time to buy a new one when he has destroyed it beyond repair.
Today, it was a fix up day. They sent it off to see if it can be repaired. I really appreciate how hard they try to keep my hubby happy!
