It was disappointment after disappointment. First they gave me a car that the alarm would go off every time I opened the door no matter what. They tried to charge me gas for swapping it out. Then they didn’t tell me about keeping a receipt for fill up before returning to the airport. I hardly ever write reviews, but I feel the need to let people know to avoid this branch(Tulsa Airport Dollar Rental Car). Mgr name is Brad, but don’t ask for him because he will refuse to help you. Their Customer Service is sad.

I have to agree with the previous poster about not renting from this vendor. The rental agents were very pleasant. The problem with Dollar are their self imposed rules & fines. $ 25 charge if you return your car before the time you indicated when you first made your reservation. $ 15 charge if you return the car more than 24 hours late. And the BEST charge of all??? A percentage based fee if you do NOT provide a receipt proving you filled the gas tank from a gas station in a TENMILERADIUS. Mind you, the closet gas station is NOWHERE near the airport. Oh and they are God awful slow.
