I hope I could give zero star! They are NOT professional! Their customers service SUCKS! They ruined my cloth and do not admin their mistakes! I think they have never checked the cloth after cleaning. When I picked up my cloth, it is still dirty, and the pure white became yellow. They said they will try to fix it if I give them second chance, but the situation became worse-​the black color mixed the white color! And the eiderdown which inside of the cloth disappeared! But they still do not admin their mistakes and want keeping wash it! And they want me give them another chance and more time! Come on! You should find the problem after you wash it at the first time, and don’t give me the dirty cloth back! It is NOT called «CLEANING». I have given you guys a whole week to clean it! If you don’t know how to wash it, why didn’t you call me! And why you accepted the order! The reason I gave my cloth to your store is I don’t want to ruin my cloth! Their employees have absolutely no personality. Their attitude is so bad and biased! This is the WORST cleaner I have EVER had! NEVER come back again! And I will tell my friend never come this store!

Turn around is good, price is average, but the customer service has always been great. Always enjoy coming in here. Pleasant & helpful staff that know me by name and always ask if my clothes are right.
It’s good to see that the old service model is not lost on this shop.
