Days Inn and Conference Center Tulsa

First off this is not a Days Inn, it’s The Tuscany Inn. The lobby floors are disgusting and need to be swept, all of the hallways smell of urine and cat, our bath tub does not drain right… this is the most sketchy motel I have ever stayed at. Pay a little more and go anywhere else

We stopped on here late after a LONG, LONG drive. The price was right so we took a chance despite the sketchy neighborhood. Indeed, the hotel is not new; it has seen a few miles. But, we got a quiet room, just as we asked for. We had no problems or issues. Unfortunately, when we got home a couple of days later we realized that we had left a personal item in the room. My husband sent an email in hopes that maybe, just maybe, the item had been found and kept. Incredibly, the next day, my husband got a call personally from the manager (owner?) saying that they had the item and would be sending it on to us. Wow! When does that happened these days! I would gladly give up some hotel frills for honest, reliable people. Thank you. You have restored in me some small amount of faith in people. That is certainly worth 5 stars.
