Our family of five came in for anything but boring IHOP and were/are impressed. Coffee is great. My husband had an omelette and loves it. The potatoes were yummy. My pancake was terrific. My son love his waffle platter. My other son ordered a hamburger for breakfast(lol) and he loved it.

This is a complete hole in the wall with excellent breakfast. The skillets are enough to share between two adults!!! Corned beef hash was amazing.

Tried the waffle, bacon, eggs, and rosemary potatoes. Everything was great. Only reason why I gave it 4 instead 5 is they could update the décor and ventilation system to help with smoky smell. Also, I ordered a single waffle for my daughter and it cost $ 5.99 while my meal with a waffle, 2 eggs, bacon, and potatoes for $ 8.99.

Was looking for a place to eat a late breakfast and after seeing a line out the door at our usual place, Savoy, I googled and found this place. As soon as I walked in it had the mom and pop feel I love so much. It is a small place and the front door/windows definitely needed cleaning. Yes, I notice the details. It became apparent you seat yourself and wait for a menu. Waitress was friendly, but busy. I ordered the French toast combo with bacon, hashbrowns and coffee. My son had a plain pancake and sausage patties. The french toast was mushy in the middle, not cooked through so I had to eat around it. I don’t like soggy french toast. The cinnamon flavor of it was great. If they used Texas toast and cooked it thoroughly, it would be a fabulous dish. My son said his pancake and sausage was good. I appreciated that the hashbrowns were not overly salted as so many places tend to do that. The waitress did not come back to refill my coffee, which was a bummer. She was the only server and the place was filling up so she was busy. I waited a bit for the check, but when she didn’t come I just walked up to register and waited for her. I wish they had another server there so people could get refills on coffee, pay their check in timely fashion, etc. The atmosphere of the place did not leave me with the feeling that I wanted to stay there very long. I cannot put my finger on why, but it is not one of those places I can leisurely enjoy my breakfast and coffee. That said, I will give them one more try as I love supporting local places. I plan on trying an omelet and rosemary potatoes next time.

Delicious! Cooked to order food. Corned beef hash with two eggs was fresh and flavorful. Kids loved blueberry pancakes. Friendly service. Will come back again when in the area.

Had a great breakfast here today. My veggie omelet was good(though they put shredded cheese on top, I prefer it melted), and the rosemary potatoes were excellent. I came here a year ago and the restaurant seems a little less diner-ish and more ’boutique’ now.(IE there is nice art on the walls, and I definitely don’t recall them serving rosemary potatoes) I will definitely come back again. It’s a good local business to support. I didn’t try their coffee – I hope it’s good, it could raise my review to 4.5.

Not a bad place to catch a quick breakfast. Waffle was fantastic, sausage/eggs were pretty good as expected. My rosemary potatoes(which looked a bit different from the other photos here) were not impressive. Didn’t eat more than 2 – 3 bites of those. Coffee was also not great — I admit to being a minor coffee snob, but this tasted canned and weak. Would definitely eat here again for the waffles if I was in the area, but probably not worth a special trip.

Very nice people and food is always good. Ventilation in kitchen could be a little better for a smaller restaurant.

My family and I had breakfast there this morning… Cute place with decent prices… Service was good and the food was even better! I had the Spanish Omelette and my wife had the French Toast Combo… both meals were really good… we will definitely be back!

4⁄5 Food 4⁄5 Service 4⁄5 Price 3⁄5 Atmosphere Nice little diner. We usually make it a habit to go on Sunday mornings as a family ritual. Food was what you’d expect and portions are on the large side. The staff is always nice. Price is decent. Atmosphere is fine, though because of the location being near many residential homes and an apartment complex and because of the the small dining area there can be a long wait due to the popularity and lack of other places to eat in the area. Not really the place to go if you want to linger and talk over a few cups of coffee after finishing your meal. Parking area is large though only a few spaces directly in front of the business. Area traffic isn’t too bad, especially on Sunday mornings.

My cousin and I ate here New Year’s Eve on a living social coupon. We both ordered the two eggs with meat and hash browns. She ordered black coffee with hers, while I requested chocolate milk. The prices were great and we could have easily afforded the meal, even without the coupon. Our breakfast was delicious and the service was top notch. The restaurant is located in a mini mall and can be hard to find, but it is worth it.

I had the sampler and my wife had the corned beef hash; the food was quicrk, hot and tasty. Good portion sizes and they didn’t skimp using deli ham, it was real ham. The fruit side was thoughtfully covered in orange juice and was very fresh cantaloupe, apples, grapes, pineapple and honeydew melon. Bacon was perfectly crisp, over easy eggs also delicious. Servers were friendly and fast! Free wifi and the coffee was never allowed to fall below a half cup.

Stopped in after checking Unilocal for a ‘local’ place out my way. I am glad I did. I was talked out of the hash browns in favor of the rosemary potatoes. Glad it went that way because they were delicious, and piping hot. The coffee was always topped off and the service was friendly. The portions are huge, I think I made it about half way through the omelet, potatoes, and biscuit with gravy. The gravy was tasty. After seeing the review on the Reuben, I wish I had tried the corned beef hash plate. Seemed like most of the customers were regulars. Would definitely go back for a sandwich if they are using Ferrell bread. Ten bucks for omelet, sides, coffee, and tax.

I ordered the veggie omelette with the rosemary potatoes. The meal was delicious, a generous portion and fairly priced! Also worth mentioning is the amazing coffee. But the best part was the service, both of the servers were friendly and helpful. A perfect café for a weekend morning. Will definitely be visiting again soon.

The Reuben here is fantastic. They put a ton of corned beef on it. Also had a bite of the philly cheesesteak, which wasn’t really authentic, but was still really good tasting. Pretty good price at 7.99 which includes a side item(fruit, potato salad, pasta salad). They use Farrell’s bread from next door which is a huge plus, as a lot of sandwich places use crap bread.

A cute little place offering the typical brunch selections. I had the pancakes and my hubby tried the grand skillet. We both thought the skillet was much better than the pancakes. The food was ok — but nothing we couldn’t reproduce at home. It’s not a palace we’d go out of our way to visit again.

We stopped by Sarah’s for breakfast this morning and were pretty impressed. The restaurant is small but very welcoming and has some lovely pieces of local art for sale on the walls. They use Farrell Family Bread which is an added bonus. We ordered the grand skillet and the corned beef hash. Both meals were delicious. The corned beef hash stood out as it was clearly homemade with very tender, shredded corned beef and had tons of flavor. If you’re a fan of corned beef hash, it’s something you absolutely have to try. The rosemary potatoes that came with both dishes were wonderful. Portion sizes were pretty big as well, including other dishes that I saw coming out of the kitchen. The wait staff was friendly and made you feel at home. As the other reviewer said, service was prompt and attentive. Their prices are very reasonable, similar to most of the other breakfast-oriented places in town and they have a nice list of both breakfast and lunch items to choose from. Will definitely be eating there again!

Recently stopped by Sarah’s for a late breakfast on a Saturday and really enjoyed our meal. Modest but attractive restaurant with original art on the walls near 81st on Yale in South Tulsa. Some of the best tasting breakfast food I have had yet in Tulsa and very friendly people working there. I got the hefty house omelet with sauteed mushrooms, peppers, ham and sausage… very good flavor and substancial portion. Came with the best big chunk rosemary potatoes and since I like something sweet with my breakfast, they even substituted three pancakes for the biscuit! Not the tiny ones you’d get at IHOP… Check out my pics! Dane got the cranberry nut pancakes and he loved ‘em and they have many other combination to choose from too. Service was prompt, courteous and attentive. Prices are quite reasonable and they serve a variety of sandwiches and burgers too with daily specials to boot. They deserve your patronage if you want some good eatin’s! Revised 10/23/2011 Another excellent, filling and delicious late Sunday breakfast here today… giant ham & cheese omelet, great rosemary potatoes and steady stream of Cain’s coffee. Say hello to Linda and Anesty… they are so friendly, sweet and personable!
