I am surprised that I checked in here, but I am glad that I get the chance to admire and thank the people that run this place. I have been here many times trying to tell them what quirk I am dealing with at home and they are always able to walk me over to some shelf, pull something off and it is exactly what I need. I try to go here as much as possible because I feel we really need to support a local business and we will lose a lot if all of that handyman knowledge ever gives in to the pressure to cash in on brookside property values. Thanks guys!!!

I was needing a frost proof faucet stem for my outside faucet and had looked many places in the Coweta/​Broken Arrow area where I live. This Saturday I made the trip to this store as my last hope of not having to use my plumber to repair the wore out faucet. Two people helped me find a stem that might work, it was a tad long on the outer end. Once I got home I installed it and it seems to be working perfect. Thank you for having such a large array of different parts in you stock, it was greatly appreciated. The part cost me $ 22, can’t imagine what a plumber would have cost to repair this if I hadn’t found this part. Great customer service!

Who needs box stores when you can get all your hardware and electric from the Best! They have a comprehensive selection and their staff is very knowledgable from door locks to light bulbs. I particularly like they’re selection of door hardware! Plus they’re locally owned and operated! Who can beat that?

The employees in this place always look right through me, but I keep going back. I don’t know how they fit so much in the store. They have one of everything you don’t even know you need. They have rewired several lights for me, you can choose the color wire and plug. I am happy with them.

I’d like to say I know how to be somewhat handy. When I have some questions and can’t find a legit answer online, I never feel awkward or embarrassed to ask the staff here.
One, this place has it all. From lightbulbs to hammers, I haven’t found a better selection in a local store. The store is big but well organized and I never felt overwhelmed or lost.
Two, the staff. As I mentioned earlier, these people know their stuff, but are very unassuming. No question is silly and they explain step-​by-​step solutions for any problem or question you may have.
Three, it’s an inspiring place to get to work and finish a project.

If you aren’t into the bigger hardware stores like Lowes and Home Depot, Best Hardware is probably the coolest hardware store in town. When you go into Best Hardware the staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is like a blast from the past. You get the feeling that this is how hardware stores used to be. While it is small you kind find pretty much anything you need for fixing up small things around the house or just for maintenance on things in your home.
I love Best Hardware and love to give them my business on certain things from time to time.
