Great professional company to work with. When you have to replace your oil tank, you might think it would be complicated, however, if you call Brian at PTE, your problems are solved. We had our tank ordered, replaced and completed; all within a week. His team are very professional and conscientious. Once completed, you would never know we had the tank replaced, the yard was back to it’s original condition.
Don’t waste your time calling anyone else; he has the best competitive prices as well.
PTE is the only company I would recomment

We had an issue with our heater and it turns out we needed an above ground oil tank installed and a new line run. We contacted a few companies for estimates but Brian at PTE called us back within a few hours that same day. And time was a factor since we were running off a 5 gal gas can of diesel. He came over the next day to give us an estimate and discuss the job with my husband.
Having heard good things about the company from a few people and with reasonable estimate in hand, we chose PTE to do our job and Brian made an extra effort to schedule us ASAP since he knew the inconvenience of using a 5 gal gas can running to the heater. We called him Weds evening, he came out late Thursday morning for the estimate and his crew showed up to install our new oil tank first thing Saturday morning. They were actually suppose to arrive between 8am-8:30am but got there at 7:50am which was fine with us. They were super polite and told my husband to take his time as he was still dressing but he wanted to move the vehicles out of the driveway. The installers were very nice, very clean, professional and knowledgeable. They used tarps where necessary and took good care of my house and property and cleaned up after themselves. The finished install of the oil tank looks great! They put the tank on a concrete pad on a bed of white pebbles. They told us how to care for the tank as well.
We are still needing part two of this job done which will be removal of the old oil tank but we are simply waiting on an availability in their schedule, as well as this crazy weather which just suddenly turned cold again. We appreciated the fact that PTE found a spot to slide us into to get the new oil tank in, which was a priority, and can await removal for a more convenient time. It was also cool that Brian said he’d only charge us for the install right now since that was the part that was completed, and we can pay the balance for the removal of the old tank when that’s actually done.
We’ll update this review when the old tank is removed.
In the interest of full disclosure, this is not my first review on Unilocal!nor will it be my last and I review companies both good and bad and always truthfully. PTE sent us a nice thank you letter along with our paid invoice and our copy of the tank warranty along with an offer of a $ 50 gift card if we placed a review of their company on Unilocal!
What impresses me about that is that they are seeking reviews with no guarantee of what people might write; they have no control over a customer who might, for whatever reason, post a negative review. They didn’t offer a gift card for a good review– rather they offered it for ANY review you might post. That demonstrates to me that PTE is a company who always does the best job possible and has nothing to hide. I like that.
