The drive thru is always packed and it doesn’t seem to be what people ordered, just slow staff at the window. The couple of times I’ve gone in the staff is more interested in talking to each other than fixing orders

Worst service ever. I took my service dog in here and since we were in the middle of a road trip he didn’t have his tags on. I stayed outside while my family ordered but when inside when they didn’t have the drink I want. As soon as I go in the manager comes out and says I have to leave because dogs can’t be inside. I proceed to let her know that he is a service animal and that I was just going to choose another drink. She accused me of saying that he wasn’t a service animal and if I wanted to stay I need to show her proof. I told her she wasn’t allowed to ask me for proof and she didn’t care. In the middle of all that my sister went to the truck and got all his tags, id, and medical note stating I needed a service dog(never travel without them). She looked at it and accused me of it being fake and how I didn’t look like I needed one. I left and lost it. You can be I’ll be calling their cooperate. Oh and on top of that they didn’t have 3 of the drinks I wanted.

No matter the time these guys are always slow. Usually a 30minute wait when it comes to an order. today it took 20 which was rare.

Omg the wait time is ridiculous I’ve been in the drive thru for 25 minutes… Everytime I come here it’s the same thing.

All and all good service and products. My only tip is that they should acknowledge the patrons that are at the pick up side of the counter because some of them are there for mobile orders and shouldn’t have to flag down employee for help. Many times I am within 2 feet of an employee and they don’t even acknowledge me. I know the app says to let someone know that you have a mobile order but they should have customer service and ask if you have a Mobile order or if you’re waiting on a order you placed inside the coffeehouse. PLEASE acknowledge everyone who is waiting by the pick up area and ask if they have ordered through their mobile device, we live in a society where most people are polite and wait to be spoken to if the employee is busy. And customer service employees should already be doing this. We can all say were busy and make any type of excuse but at the end of the day the customers are why you have a job. Basically you have two jobs in customer service, don’t make mistakes and have great people skills. I went on April 23, 2016 well passed the original comment date of this review and the order was made correctly but I had to wait 10 minutes until i got a hold of the employee because they did not acknowledge me Starbucks… Can you reply to this review what are you going to do differently at this location? Well, I have had this issue in two or three of your locations maybe it’s a global concern you should address?

I really dislike how close this is to my house because I see it and crave a toffee nut coffee but I forget the baristas move at a speed too slow to register until it’s too late and I’m stuck waiting half of my life for my toffee nut coffee that turns out to be a vanilla coffee. Why? WHYY??? Now, either someone is switching the labels as a terrible joke or those«baristas» just don’t know how to read the cups. Oh that’s right, the barista at register didn’t write anything on my cup because he thought he would remember… WAYTOGOBIGGUY! I had to ask if it was my drink because there was no name…

To whom it may concern, The date is January 22, 2016. 1:01 is the time and I am currently furious with my life situation right now. Why, you ask? Well I will tell you why, but to do so one would only have to start from the beginning. For years I have enjoyed ordering and drinking vanilla ice coffee from various Starbucks locations and every time I have been satisfied with the product that I paid my own money for. Money I worked very hard for. For as you know the blue collared worker is the blood line of the United States of America. The way red corpuscles carry oxygen through the body, the blue collared worker carries this country on their shoulders day in and day out. We are the men and women who keep this country going on. So you would think that I would expect my coffee to be made to my liking. But to my avail, at this particular Starbucks coffee shop, the product I order is never to my satisfaction. Countless times have I gone in, ordered my iced coffee, and had to come back to re-order, because my coffee tasted like absolute doo doo. This Starbucks location is not what the American Dream is or what it should be. The American Dream is going in to order my ice coffee, which wakes me up to start my very eventful day, be satisfied, and head directly to work, to begin to contribute to this beautiful country we call The United States of America. Good day sir.

This is seriously the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to it took me almost 20 min in drive thru to get a passion tea lemonade and when I finally get my drink it’s all brown and tastes funny the girl took forever to come back to the window and I had to be clocked in at work in 3 min so I just had to leave now I have a disgusting drink that I paid for and I’m at work so I can’t even go back to get it fixed

In the past this Starbucks was really slow, but they’ve gotten much faster — today it only took 7 minutes. Hoping to see this place continue to get better.

Headed home to Roseville and pulled over for a cup of coffee after already driving 5 hours from San Diego. Not much to say about this Starbucks just busy inside and the drive thru. I got a house venti because anything else would have been a very long wait.

My multiple order was correct, and they were very friendly, but, they were really slow… Being slow definitely sucks, however, getting my drink order correct, and smiling is always worth the wait. Good job Tulare!

Wow what a busy Starbucks, even at 9pm… well what else us there to do in Tulare ha ha. With a constant flow of traffic from the drive-thru and customers walking in — I was amazed at the hard work to keep the liquid bean flowing from both sides of the counter and window. I will mention that Sarah was awesome keeping up with a professional attitude while juggling what appeared as the task of managing and making drink. Great job!

This is the worst Starbucks. They are always out of stuff. They are extremely slow and the drive thru is literally the slowest one on earth. Literally. I can’t even expand on this review because I’m freakin hungry and of course they are out of the one thing I wanted to eat. The barista gave me attitude because I had the audacity to ask for 3, yes 3, things they didn’t have a supply of. This Starbucks sucks.

S-L-O-W-! Stopped in on a Thursday morning around 10:30. Ordered an ice green tea with some plain chips and an egg salad sandwich. They Had to go to the back to get plain chips all they were stocked with in the front was barbecue. They were out of napkins at the self-service dispenser. My drink took almost 10 minutes despite the fact that there was no one in line. The priority seemed to be to get the drive-thru orders done first.

This place is constantly slow, does no have the same product coming out, terrible customer service as well. I purchased a mini in the drive thru and waited 20 minutes, I received a melted Java Chip Mini. Drove away, drank a little, it tasted like water with chocolate chunks, no coffee or espresso flavor or dairy. I walked in to return, no apologizes given, no questions. I know at other stores when they make it wrong they want to know why and they give you a coupon for your next drink.

This is the worst of what Starbucks has to offer. It’s about as clean as a rest stop on hi way 99. At least at the rest stops they empty the trash and you can get a drink in less than 20 minutes. There was cups sitting next to trash can and trash on the floor thought the location. While we were waiting for our drinks we sat at a table we were going to relax after several hours of shopping across the street. Standing in line we could hear they were out of several things sounded like whoever does the ordering should be fired. After about 20 minutes out Frap and Ice Green tea were ready. My wife’s drink wasn’t complete. She ordered a Carmel Ribbon and when she got her drink it didn’t have any of the topping. After we ordered paid and are now getting our drink they decide to say oh yeah we’re out. The employees don’t seem to give a crap about anything. I’ve never seen a crew so miserable at a Starbucks. I will never return to this dump and I hope this isn’t a sign that Starbucks no longer cares about quality or the atmosphere they are known for.
