The professionalism here can’t be beat! They went above and beyond the call of duty. Not only did they accommodate two out of towners, making sure we had a ride to get lunch at an incredible local restaurant, but they made sure we had a rental car to get us to and from our next destination .We were absolutely floored by their friendliness and honesty!

I just picked up my car from after 5 days in the shop. They replaced a vacuum hose and modulator cause it wasn’t shifting into gear. I also asked them to check my left caliper cause when I applied the brakes, the car would slightly pull to the right. The hose and modulator cost $ 15.47 and $ 118.75 for 1.25hrs labor. Then they charged me another $ 95 for the caliper diagnosis but they failed to find the problem. (it was a caliper hose) After going through my entire breaking system, which I didn’t ask them to do. They told me I needed over $ 800 worth of parts and labor. After paying $ 230, they send me home with a worse pulling problem then when I arrived. Now the left caliper wasn’t even gripping the rotor at all! I went back and after looking at the caliper hose again, they determined they would have to order the part but they would have to replace both hoses as supposedly «required by law» and I would have to pay for labor again for the same problem! I don’t mind paying for the parts but asking me to pay again for the labor is ridiculous. I feel ripped off. I will never go back to them again and I will be fighting for the $ 95 dollars they charged for a un repaired caliper.

I have been taking my cars to them for a year. They have done a great job doing the smog check and working on my cars. I can’t say if their prices are reasonable as I have nothing to compare them to. However, they are friendly and prompt in their service.

My family was traveling up the 99 and our check engine light came on. We went to NAPA Auto parts and they recommended Camara’s. We went in and they were really friendly and helpful. He wasn’t trying to gouge us, he just scanned the car and told us we were fine to continue on our trip and just take care of it when we got home. We I tried to pay him and he refused. It was a true act of kindness. I wish we had an auto shop like this where I live.
