Very very slow service… not fully staffed and could be more helpful. Staff walk right by you and act like you’re not even in the store.

Horrible service. Stopped by to grab a headlight, spend over 65 $ on the pair. When I went over to claim my purchase they told me that it was out of stock. They had me waiting for 15 minutes with a receipt in my hard while they shuffled through their stuff in the back. They then ask me for the receipt for they were going to give me a refund, since they couldn’t find the item. I asked the manager if he could look up the availability of the item in Visalia, he responded«ya hold on, let me refund your money first then I can help you with that», he then handed me over the receipt and told me to go to the Cashier to finish the transaction, he then walked off. This is not the first time I’ve had bad service here. In the future I will be going to O’Rileys for automotive parts.
