Vans

This is a great outlet store for finding unique and discontinued Vans as well as the regular classic ones (usually full price).
This is a must stop for us on every trip to Washington.
You’ll find character vans here for kids and adults alike — Star Wars is a big hit in our household.

Went to vans on a Sunday afternoon, it was about four and my son found the shoes he wanted but not in the size he needed so we went up to one of two workers at the register (there were three working that we could see) and asked if they could get us the right size, he told us he could not because they were doing inventory so we got what they had out and that’s all. Why a store at 4 on a Sunday would say they are doing inventory so they couldn’t help us is beyond me and is why we will not go back. Went across the way to journeys and they helped us out without problems! New customer for them, never again for vans. Burned once is all I will deal with with all the stores out there.

I was ready to drop some money on 4 pairs of shoes and they didnt have alot of variety out on the floor. Asked two different girls if they could find me lo pros from the back that weren’t on the floor. They were rude said they were the only two there and would not go in the back and find me some more similar styles. I ended up walking out and abandoning all the merchandise i was going to buy. Sad thing is i was the only one in the store. I usually love this store but customer service has gone downhill since ive been there and I drove about 20 miles to go to this particular store. Hopefully next time i make the trip (if Im willing to drive thay far again after that baf of service) I can update this review with a better experience.

This is an actual outlet store but they do have the classics, you just are not going to get them for a cheaper price.
Tons of racks of clearance/​discounted shoes and clothes. Often times the clearance is buy one get one ½ off if you can find two pairs that you actually like. A lot of it is the printed, crazy lines they come out with.
Lots of clothing too which is usually a good deal.

This is huge as far as Vans stores go, but I didn’t find myself leaving with armfuls of stuff. This is an outlet store so you’ll find sort of out of season stuff, excess, etc. They do have some of the basic slip ons and authentics but no where near the selection or variety as you would find in a regular vans shop. They have a massive ‘sale’ section, but if you have a fairly common size like womens 7.5 your size is basically wiped out of anything decent. I did find alot of atrocious shoes in 7.5 though.
I would up getting some black on black authentics and paid the exact same price that I would have at a standard store. Your standard shoes will cost the same amount as you would find them in stores, so don’t expect some great deal on any of your classic vans. Luckily we weren’t and we just came here because it was a shorter drive than an alternative store.
The employees are more than willing to go check in the back if you need a specific size in something and the store seemed fairly well staffed. If you have something specific you want thats not basic (like black authentics type basic) you might want to call ahead or just hit the store in Lynnwood. If you’re just looking to take a gander and you don’t have the most common shoe size this could be a fun place to browse. I wouldn’t go out of your way for this store but its worth checking out if you’re in the area.
