Great seats, fun atmosphere, mostly cancer free(smoke), decent event food, convenient location, great concert. I don’t get the bad reviews. We had a great time. I thought the venue was fine. It is clearly a low risk environment as most of the people handling security were what looked like people north of 65 years old. Sound quality and lighting were also very good.

Came for the boyz to men and brian mcknight concert. Very unprofessional and not on the performers side. Set up took forever and sound was horrible. Not even an Amphitheater. It’s more like a flat lawn…

I read some negative reviews for this venue so I was expecting the worst, but I was pleasantly surprised. You can never please concert goers who expect evening shows to start at the advertised time — get a grip. Everyone knows that«something» starts at the advertised time(i.e. warm-up bands) but never the headliners. Anyway, back to the venue. I thought it was comfortable and easy to move around. I, for one, found the thick-grassy lawn very pleasing to the feet! I also thought they had a good variety of adult beverages — cocktails, ciders, wine, regular beer and craft brews. The prices were not any more expensive than any other concert or sporting event venue — and in my experience — were even a little better value($ 5 for a decent cocktail is NOT expensive). I saw Aaron Neville and Boz Scaggs and both were spectacular. The acoustics were surprisingly good and crisp and the lighting after the sun went down was all class. One star, only because Unilocal will not allow zero stars. We paid for a CCR concert. 2.5 hours later and we were still suffering through 2nd and 3rd rate bands. The $ 6.00 lite beers only made matters worse. DONOTEVERWASTEYOURMONEYAT A TALALIPCONCERT!!! Stay away and save your money for a real concert venue.

We saw The Go-Go’s and B-52s at this amphitheatre, which is not an amphitheatre by any means. It’s a flat lawn with a stage. Their web site describes this place as «not a bad seat in the house», which is also untrue. Since it is a flat lawn, when everyone stands up during the concert and you’re not in the front, YOUCAN’T SEE!(unless you’re taller or wear 6 inch heels!) This venue is also outdoors, so we stressed about the weather all the way up until the day of the concert. You’re not allowed to bring an umbrella or food/drinks. Basically, get there early and be prepared to starve, unless you’re willing to eat a bunch of unhealthy junk they sell there. Also, so many people were smoking, it was disgusting. Sound quality was horrible, too. I won’t be going back to this venue for another concert.
