Service was good, easy to talk to staff. The store feels really dim and a bit sad. Ordered a fudge drink thing which ended up being $ 6.5 which is pretty expensive for a shake. It’s not especially good or bad, but value simply isn’t there. Wanted to try something new, but… yeah probably not coming back.

When I eat sugary stuff I hope it’s divine and worth the calories so I was disappointed when I ate the fudge here. I should’ve known when I tried a taste of the«cookies and cream» and it only tasted like sugar. I then ordered a piece of the«dark chocolate.» I didn’t like how we have to buy a gigantic chunk of it. Plus after tasting it, it just wasn’t even worth the calories. I tossed it in the garbage. I also paid $ 3 for a dipped pretzel with mini m&ms on it which was ok I guess because there were m&ms but Again, not worth it. If they are going to have a place for fudge it should be good at least!

Should’ve known better if they are using Dreyers ice cream LOL. but what really bothered me is their lack of common sense with customer service. I’m the 3rd in lineup, yet there are 2 workers cutting up the fudge; can’t that wait? One customer already left. Anyways, the girl was nice in letting me try 3 different flavours: dulce(way too sweet), mocha, and espresso, so went with the latter for a milkshake. Wasn’t too sweet, yet too milky, and not thick though I had asked for it. Wouldn’t come here again for the milkshakes or ice cream, but maybe for the fudge. Located beside Starbucks.

The only saving grace for my experience at The Fudergy was the amazing customer service I received from Mimi Moyer at the corporate office. I hate to admit that my critique of two high school students working at the Seattle Premium Outlet Mall location got one of them fired. In this day of hard economic crunches where a graduate student can’t even find a fast food job, these kids should count their lucky stars. Instead, the male teenager was rude and down right lazy. As a result of my complaint, Mimi Moyer immediately viewed the store tapes and swiftly acted in my favor. She truly meant business when she pledged quality work ethics. She was also kind enough to send us a generous care package of items my daughter wanted to order that day and dreamy tasting fudge. I appreciate The Fudgery’s high standard for quality in their service, and hope that my next visit will be better than the first.

Cute place to stock up on bribes for the outlet. Most of the sales girls always squeals when I parade with this little green box. Awesome stuff to snack on when shopping, that’s for sure!

i ordered a «ice cream shake» here and realized i had just been screwed when the server pulled out a ketchup style squeegee tube. She then squeezed the stuff into a blender along with some ice cubes and this was supposed to be an «ice cream» shake, $ 5 worth mind you. Sorry but ice cream fail and it tasted bad too.
