My family and I have been shopping at this store for 34 years, even before it was owned by the current owners. Last Saturday afternoon, 9÷5÷15 at approximately 3:00PM, I went in to purchase a replacement coil for my e-cigarette. I walked up to the cashier with 3 cans of beer and told him I needed to get something out of the case(the replacement coil for my e-cigarette) and walked over to the case, he ignored me and continued to ring up other customers. I kept saying, «hello, hello» until I finally got his attention. He came over and I pointed at a box of replacement coils and told him I wasn’t sure if they were the right ones and I needed to check; he handed the box to me, then walked away… they weren’t the right ones. Again I started calling to him and he ignored me, I stood there for about 2 minutes and after seeing that I would have to wait in line behind a lot of people to tell him they weren’t the right ones and to purchase the beer that was left on the counter, I put the box of the wrong size replacement coils on top of the plastic case and left. I went into Marysville to the 4th Street Market and purchased the correct replacement coils(of which I have bank records). Today when I went back to the store, I was confronted by the owners(in front of customers) and was accused of stealing said replacement coils. They told me the cashier said that I had been there on Saturday morning(which can be proved wrong) and walked away with the box of replacement coils(the wrong ones). I have witnesses who were at my house the entire day, who saw me leave in the afternoon and after telling them I’d be right back, were wondering what took me so long. When I came back home I told them what happened at the Priest Point Grocery and that I had to drive into Marysville to the 4th Street Market to purchase the correct replacement coils for my e-cigarette. I have the bank records to prove my account of this and witnesses who can account for my time. At this point they have lost an entire family of loyal customers and I will continue to spread this story among our friends and neighbors on the Tulalip Reservation.
