I came in Tuesday the 19th of January. When came in with my wife she put her name in the box & we sat down & wait our turn. This young Asia girl call the name & we came up she didn’t even pull our account up at all. Need she said the customer service department wasn’t right also she said that we were on contract & we would have pay late termination fee plus she said call the loyal Department. Also the girl didn’t even wanted take are cable box so we can down grade our service. My wife call them today the 21st of January & the customer service said we were not on contract at all & we can down grade since that what we wanted to do.

Thank god I don’t have to go to factoria anymore! I went in here a cause I needed a new cable box. Mine was extremely old and I wanted the new system. I also expressed that I was having trouble setting up our new sound bar to the cable box, and so they scheduled a technician to come help us at no cost. I got out of there in less than 15 minutes. They gave me no trouble. Glad they opened this location.
