This is my favorite Wendy’s location. Always fast service, cleanest location out of all the Wendy’s around King County. Never had any issues with my orders. My only complain is that it gets a lil to loud inside the dining room.

Went thru the drive thru. I tried a new jalapeño chicken burger that was very good. Very good for fast food I should say. However the fries we’re very soft and barely warm. I was also only given 3 napkins and the burger was very messy. Half good, half bad. Fast food is also getting expensive now.

Lightning fast service. I could barely get my card back into my wallet before my custom order was already being handed to me out the window. Fries were way too salty, and the burger a little too greasy, but it was the typical Wendy’s burger which I like. I couldn’t eat the fries at all, not even when wiping them with napkins! Employees appeared bored and/or angry. Lighten up.

The drive thru employees need to learn how to speak better while taking orders. I’ve been here several times and it’s as if they dropped the salt bucket in the fries. When I went yesterday, got home which is a Mile down the road, and food was barely warm and fries tasted like they were cooked in old grease. Will not return.

Wendy’s…as far as fast food chain burgers are concerned, they’re one of the better ones. This one meets all standards for being a 4 or 5 star Wendy’s, but it’s still a 3 star burger. QUALITY: Once you’ve been to Wendy’s they are all pretty much the same with an occasional variant on quality. SERVICE: Friendly. PARKING: Whoever designed the lot did a very crappy job and should be banned from property development for the rest of his life. Here is a big tip: when you park, be sure to drive through the lot until you make the turn to park in front of the drive thru window. If you park before this, you will risk being trapped in your space by the lunch time rush.

I don’t normally take the time to review fast food chains. But this story needs to be told: Stopped in to fuel my car next door and decided to swing by Wendy’s for a burger. They make many inexpensive ones, so this shouldn’t have been hard. The problem is I have an intolerance for raw tomato. If I get raw tomato juice on my food, I break out in mouth sores. If I swallow the food, I get gastric distress that would drop a full size horse to its knees. Eat enough of it, and I’m in the ER for the night. So… no tomato for me. I ask if the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger has tomato. Yes, it does. I ask them to make one without tomato. I pay for my burger, fries, and a small drink. The bag comes forward from the back. The manager asks her employee something in spanish. The bag goes back. 10 seconds later it returns to the front. As the worker handed me the bag I asked if there was ever any tomato on the burger. She said, «No. No tomato.» Of course, I checked the burger. Lookie there. Tomato. So I pull around and ask them to make me another one, this time without the tomato. The bag goes back in — and instead of going straight to the trash, it is taken into the kitchen. About 15 seconds later the worker returns and hands me the same bag. I open it with her standing there, open the burger(which isn’t even wrapped… just laying open on the original wrapper) and sure enough… a tomato shaped ring in the mayo and tomato seeds — the cook had put her fingers in my burger and picked the tomato off of it. Now more than a little angry, I explained why I couldn’t have any tomato on the burger — because it would hurt me. She nodded and took the burger back once more(despite my telling her I wanted a brand new, fresh burger). The cook came forward and scowled at me though the drive thru window, then went back to the kitchen. I decided to get out of my car and lean in to see what was happening. The cook took my new bun top, daubbed it in the tomato bin, then slathered mayo to cover her misdeed. She then took the original patty, cheese, and bacon and placed it in her sabotaged creation… all while the worker stood there laughing. When the worker returned, I took the burger out of its wrapper and threw it sidearm through the window and into the kitchen area(not a bad throw either… could have made a relief pitcher on the Mariners proud), followed by my drink and my fries. Of course… THIS finally got the manager’s attention. She threatened to call the cops. I told her to go ahead and I’d have her cook arrested for intentionally trying to hurt me. Needless to say I got my money back. And I called the non-emergency number at the Tukwila Police and the County Health Dept the next day. With any luck, that cook has been fired and the whole place will be shut down. NEVEREVER go there. EVER.

I like this Wendys a lot better than the one on International Blvd. Fries are salted perfect and their sandwiches always come out how they are supposed it. Only downfall is sometimes you’ll get someone taking your order with a thick accent so it will be some trouble to try and figure out what she or he is asking you. Overall its a wendys I take myself to even though its farther than the one up the street from me, because at least this place gives me the order I actually order.

This Wendy’s is frustrating. It could be so much better, yet its not. The employees lack customer service skills. They will not go above & beyond anything outside of flipping burgers. Getting change for a $ 20 bill? Nope. Changing an order? It’ll be hell. Seriously. The employees are incompetent. Don’t get me wrong, I love the food, but I’ll go elsewhere if this is what we as customers have to endure. Stay away people.

If you have to eat crappy fast food, do it at Wendy’s. If you have to eat at Wendy’s, eat at this Wendy’s! I may not like fast-food very much but I have to give a shout out to way above average food delivery times! It doesn’t appear that the people are really enjoying their jobs, but I drove up and had food in under 2 ½ minutes! Thank you Wendy’s for making getting fat so much more convenient that your competition. ;-)

Fast food does not equal good food, but this isn’t too bad considering you can grab a lunch for $ 3 and be out in 3 minutes.
