The Body Shop

From a former employee at this location — it’s amazing. The staff at The Body Shop really know their products and truly care about their customers. The Southcenter location has a long tradition of high customer service — and it’s never changed. I was there before they got their beautiful remodel — but wow. Such a difference it makes. And even after not working there — I still religiously use their products every day without a beat — and that’s really saying something! :)

Customer service is major for me, especially in dealing with products I put on my body. I love The Body Shop. Specifically I love the Tukwila location, and not jut because it’s close to my house. When I go in there I am instantly greeted and given top-​notch assistance by anyone who is working. In fact, I feel it is necessary to give a shout out to Ciro, the manager. Great guy! I heart him so and have been introduced to wonderful products because of him. Be sure to sign up for emails so you know about store events. I do think the prices of many products are high, but for the quality and usefulness it is worth it. When you can get in there during sale events, it’s worth it to stock up. I love the membership program and that they’ve had so many Groupons this last year!

I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service. Thanks to Groupon, I’ve found myself in the store several times this year. Every time I received friendly customer service. The employees were all social and not over the top or pushy. I actually look forward to going to the Southcenter location now just to briefly chat with the employees. I know I could order products online, but now I like hearing their feedback and recommendations.

Though I love The Body Shop products. I did not enjoy my experience at this very location.
I purchased a few Groupons to use. There were some fine print that was not accessible via mobile app.
On Black Friday, I was told I could use them by one associate, but was then told the opposite after I waited in a long line.
Before I reached the cashier, another lady was told that they will honor the Groupon for her, because of what the associate had told her. When I mentioned that conversation, they then denied it all together.
Granted, it was stated in the fine print. But it was not fair for them to honor a special for one person and not another.
I will never go back to The Body Shop at this mall.

I love Body Shop products (they are the only «high end» body products I really like and will pay for). The gals that work at this location are super nice and really helpful! It doesn’t hurt to be nice to the customers kids — because then they beg Mom to buy more!
Got some great deals between my Groupon, sales and my Body Shop card. Hubby absolutely loves the hemp handcream and the coconut body butter. Me and the kids love the body wash and the body butters but my favorite product is their peppermint foot cream… ahhhhh
