Boyds Auto Paint & Body

I love this place. My other Unilocal reviews are about the search I went through to find a good but not crazy expensive body shop. This is where I ended up, and I am thrilled with the results. It was a smallish dent, but the paint chipped and it went across 2 of the contour lines in the body. Looking at the area in full sun, I can’t see where the paint changes from new to old — and it is a 3 year old car with rainbow metal flake paint, so a bit worn, and they had to match the density of little color bits, too. It is perfect. It was on time; [ready a couple hours early, actually]; the same low price they quoted, and an all together pleasant experience.
I don’t know why they don’t have more reviews here, except for the guess that since they have been there for 30 years, they might have enough word of mouth that they don’t need reviews on Unilocal.There are 5 reviews on Yahoo — all of them 5 stars, and from people who do car restoration — maybe the pros want to keep this place to themselves!
