Xtreme Clean just left our home… WOW! First of all, I used a Groupon, and unlike many business, they were happy to honor it. The appointment was easy to make and I received a text message the day before confirming the appointment and then another one when they were on their way… I love that. They were on time and incredibly friendly and they got right to work. Here’s the best part: the carpet looks better than the day we moved in. It’s never been cleaner. The folks at Xtreme Clean have kids and dogs so they absolutely get it! Second best part? NO UPSELLING. They did what they promised, end of story. I cannot recommend this company enough. I will use them exclusively for the rest of my carpet as well as my tile. This is a fantastic company to do business with!

They have done our carpets two times now and they are wonderful. Our carpet looks new after. We have them coming out again next week. They are fast and very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a carpet cleaner.

Xtreme Clean restored shower tile badly filmed with old hard water residue. It really looks like a new tile now. They also cleaned white grout in the white tile floor of the same bathroom.
Thanks to Xtreme Clean I have a «new» bathroom and saved over $ 7,000 (cost of replacing all the old tile.)
Came when they said they would and protected all surfaces from the street to the bathroom. These guys are real pros.

Never showed up for set appointment. Spoke to Cara (owner/owner’s wife?) a week prior. We had a great conversation, she was very personable, funny and informative about getting out a particular stain that we had. And that was about the extent of it. No one ever showed up for the appointment. I called later that night and left a voice mail to inquire what happened and if everything was alright. No one ever called back. I’m left confused as to why you’d run your business that way and SUPER annoyed because they wasted my time and didn’t even bother to offer an explanation or apology. So yeah, thanks a lot.
