Recently relocated to the area from Portland, OR. After having a 30+ year relationship with an outstanding audio store, we were fearful we would not find someone we could successfully work with. We did.
Walked in, met Paul — the manager — and felt we were in knowledgeable, competent hands. We had a great experience. Paul guided us to exactly the component we needed, offered it at a competitive price and ensured our successful outcome.

The most knowledgeable Home theater and audio employees and owners. I’ve shopped here since I was a young kid, now that I’m older and it’s time to upgrade my 10 year old system, and there’s no other place if shop. Competitive pricing without the high pressure commission sales staff. So if your in the market for a new tv, home theater, or your a two channel purist. Wilson Audio is your one stop shop.

The Unilocal definition of five starts is, «As good as it gets!» My experience with Wilson Audio and Video would fit description.
Is it the Akihabara district in Tokyo? No.
Is a collection of fully vetted, high end electronics? Yes.
Their prices are competitive and everyone is very knowledgeable. I work in a field that deals with a lot of A/​V equipment. We get almost all our gear from Newegg, B&H or Amazon. However, for home theatre equipment, in my home, I always use Wilson.
For example, I had a warranty issue from the first Panasonic plasma I purchased. At Best Buy (or Newegg/Amazon/B&H), you’d be on your own. With Wilson, they were there to help it get resolved in less than a week!
I have recommended them to all my friends in Tucson and would recommend them to you.

Looking for high end video and audio components? Tired of the big box store? Check these guys out!
The staff is knowledgeable and courteous. No rushing you along so they can talk to someone else. No pushing you to buy if you aren’t ready to do so. Want to make multiple visits to discuss the same things? No problem. They will patiently answer all your questions, however many times you ask them. Oh, and you’ll get the same answers too which means — one, they know their stuff and two, they aren’t just telling you whatever they think will make the sale.
With the ailing economy the showroom is less glamorous than in the glory days of years past, but still worth a look-​see. Keep in mind that this is for Tucson, the best of the best. They specialize in the top 2 TV brands — Panasonic plasmas and Elite LEDs — currently. And the best audio out there — Bowers & Wilkins, Magnapan & Velodyne to name a few. Don’t come here looking for a cheap TV or set of speakers.
I know you’re thinking that patronizing a local shop like this means a big hit to the wallet. You know what? It doesn’t. They will price match the big box store if at all possible. There’s also a good chance that you will find something here that you can’t get at the big box store.
So let’s review — top of the line products, excellent service experience, comparable pricing and stuff you can’t find anywhere else in town. What’s not to love? Even if you aren’t ready to get into high end audio & video, it’s worth a visit just to experience what’s possible with the right gear. Eye & ear candy to the extreme.
