I want to start by thanking Dr. Pratt and his staff at Wellness Chiropractic Center. I recently sustained an injury to my lower back. Dr. Pratt’s office scheduled me for a free consult and exam. It simply took a phone call and his office quickly accommodated my time schedule. Not only was the staff friendly but very officiant They did all the foot work retrieving my MRI films and report. I was asked to bring my spouse with me even though our schedules are conflicting and I felt this may be difficult. I am so glad that I followed Dr. Pratt’s policy as there was so much information that Dr. Pratt shared with me that in my current state of pain and confusion my wife and I were able to later sit down together and review all the information gave to us. I would have later had a lot of questions but since there were two sets of ears instead of one set we were able to make good decisions for my road to recovery. After reading prior reviews one stood out in my mind about having to jump thru hoops but believe me it is worth a few hoops to get the amount of knowledge Dr. Pratt shared with my wife and myself I now have the information I need to make the best decisions for my road to recovery. I was very impressed with Dr. Pratt and his staff. I was able to make an appointment within a couple of days of calling. Dr. Pratt’s staff was so friendly and knowledgeable and the office was so clean which is something I always notice. Dr. Pratt sat down with me and really took his time and listened to what my low back pain symptoms were. He also did an exam. I had to get am MRI and I was glad I did because on my second appointment Dr. Pratt went over I b detail with me and my husband exactly why I am having the pain I am. I am glad Dr. Pratt asked my husband come with me because my husband thought of questions I didn’t. There was so much information without my husband I would have not been able to absorb all the information. I have never had a Dr. Show me in detail why I am having the pain I am. Thank You Dr. Pratt. And the consult and exam was absolutely FREE!

Initial appointment went well and it was easy to get in.
