This is the worst walgreens that I have ever been too. No matter what time you go there is at least a 40 minute wait to pick up a prescription. To make it even worst, they used to have two drive-thru and now they only have one. They are either way under staffed or too damn cheap to hire enough people to do something about the wait. Terrible, just terrrible.

Even though the staff is wonderful and helpful, I’m giving only two stars because they are extremely understaffed. When I go to pick up my prescriptions throughout the month, I always have a long wait in line — five or more people.

This is my neighborhood Walgreens so I have been picking up my prescriptions here for 20 years. The staff are usually very friendly and helpful and I have never had a problem however yesterday, the pharmacist was downright rude. I may not have a medical degree however you don’t have to talk to me like I’m an idiot and oh by the way, a smile wouldn’t kill you once in a while. I got home and seriously am thinking about switching to Walmart.

ha no wonder they are being sued! I hardly ever go to Walgreen’s after my passport picture fiasco… but its a nearby pharmacy and I needed aspirin since my surgery and Walmart didn’t have any. So we went to Walgreen’s and we picked out the Walgreen’s brand aspirin that was labeled on sale for $ 1.99 and when we get to the register our total is $ 3.27??? ummm I know tax is higher on the south side but not 100%+. Then the worst of it is when we mention the discrepancy to the cahier they seemed confused as if we were speaking a different language and then couldn’t even apologize for the error or even what to do… like a deer caught in headlights. So from now on we will travel a mile further down the road to CVS. Sorry Walgreen’s.
