Vantage West Credit Union

The worst bank! Been a long time member here and went to apply for an auto loan and they did not work with me at all! I was so pissed I actually pulled all my money out of their bank and chose to bank elsewhere. I will NEVER bank with them again.

Unless you want to pay a hundred dollars or more in fees, RUN AWAY from vantage west credit union. Nothing but con artists looking for any way to separate your money from you and give it to the credit union. Up until this month I had been member since 2003.

For the longest time, I thought there weren’t any Vantage Wests up here in the Phoenix area. I don’t have online banking set up with them, but I have to make a monthly car payment and like to handle it in person when that much money’s being dealt with. So, once a month, for a little bit, I’d make the two hour drive down to Tucson and do my banking here. They were always friendly, quick, and their greeter was always fast to say hello and ask how you were doing. which I guess, falls under «friendly.»
Well, I found a Vantage West up here (only one!) and they are just as good. But, I still like this location more. Plus, next to this Tucson location, there’s a Keva Juice nearby where I’d always grab an Oreo Speedwagon or Kevaccino, haha.
