USPS Kinno Station Post Office

I just needed to send a package back to the original sender, the lady behind the counter was extremely rude to me and kept insinuating that I diddn’t want to pay for another shipping label, Which wasn’t at all true. The packages worth was about 100 $ so I shipped it priority two day shipping and it was already in a USPS box. I placed the box on the counter and the lady grabbed it from me placed it on the scale then shoved the box back at me. She then pushed a packing tape roller and a shipping label at me, then she called up the next person in line as if she was done helping me. I refused to leave the counter and lose my place in line just so that she could avoid doing her job. I filled out the packing label and stuck it on the box. I’m not very good at using packing tape rollers so I handed it back to her saying «I’ll let you do that» she scoffed at me and taped my package. She printed out the receipt and ignoring my hand which I had reached out to take the receipt, she dropped it on the counter. On top of all this THEY LOST MY PACKAGE. I will not be going back.

I can’t actually determine which location «delivers» our mail, so this will be a general review of USPS.
Our mail is not getting picked up.
We operate a business, and on occasion, must send small packages via Priority Mail.
Not only do these packages not get picked up, but our regular outgoing mail is ignored as well.
The outgoing mail is conspicuously marked, and in order to deliver mail, the outgoing mail has to be moved aside. So, bills, letters, invoices etc., all delayed because USPS doesn’t ‘feel’ like doing their job.
Unfortunately I cannot send all letters etc. via UPS, but would gladly do so since they actually care about customer service.
Calling USPS is a useless proposition. I am given a local number to call, and upon calling, find it is a FAX machine.
Emailing USPS is pointless.
What gives USPS the right or authority to determine whether or not we are able to operate our business?

I have had a post office box here since 1993, after inbreed crazy neighbors son stole all my mail and beat 3 mailboxes to a pulp (all in jail or gone now, at least I hope they are like Jason or Freddie). At the time it was the closest Post Office to my house. Built in 1971 2 blocks south of Grant and 1 block east of Oracle (or Miracle Mile if you go all old school with it). It is a colorful place to say the least, when waiting in line I am usually accompanied by at least 1 hooker, a drunk, and some I cannot identify, this is one of the good things about the place at least I am somewhat entertained waiting in line. They have never lost my mail, but they are never happy to see me, every once in a while there is someone that is helpful, but most of the time it is just like a sitcom, I’m going on break, or whatever. I really can’t blame them for not wanting to be there, it is depressing, from the for sale sign out in front to the blight inside. They don’t really have an answer on what is going to happen to my P. O Box after they sale, but they are eager to lock me out of it 1 day late, and charging me 15 bucks to turn a key. I guess I will ride it out to the bitter end because I don’t wanna go and find a new address.
