I contacted Sunny Plumbing to have the plumbing under my kitchen sink redone. After several calls back in forth, I was finally able to schedule an appointment to have a tech come out and resolve my issue. Unfortunately, after waiting 3 days for my appointment to come around, less than an hour before the scheduled appointment I received a phone call from someone stating that they did not have a tech in my area and would need to reschedule for another day. Rescheduling for another day was not an option, as I had already waited 3 days and my kitchen sink was sitting inoperable. I needed this to be completed and the team at Sunny Plumbing really let me down. Their lack of focus on the customer’s needs and ability to schedule their techs appropriately left me scrambling to find another company to pickup where they fell short! I certainly would not recommend SUNNY PLUMBING to anyone; as they are seriously lacking on their Customer Service and ability to fulfill the obligations they take on!

They attempted to charge a $ 49 «service fee» for an estimate they conceded wasn’t stated when I scheduled the visit. The service guy was polite and professional, so I don’t blame him, but charging for an estimate, while not illegal, is an unscrupulous business practice which clearly backfired here, particularly when it wasn’t disclosed in the first place. Avoid this company!!!

Joe (the plumber) did a great job! We recently hired sunny plumber for a bath tub that kept on leaking. So much for do it yourself plumbing! It is really impossible for me to do what professional can do. Ye might Joe came in time and was very helpful in making me understand what went wrong and why my own actions were proven to be futile. After diagnosing the problem, he went back to truck, took what he need and fixed our bath tub right away. Wow, talk about impressive same day service. He did everything without any difficulties and cleaned up the area after. Thanks. I learned a lot. Most of all, you are a lifesaver.

This company deserves more than 5 stars. I called them on a Wednesday afternoon regarding our clogged toilet (the toilet plunger just wouldn’t work!). Even though it was late afternoon, they still responded and found out the real reason why the toilet remained clogged. It was a toy blocking the toilet trap! Wooo… my kid is just so careless. Anyways, it was a simple problem that was resolved easily. Moreover, I was really impressed with the plumber. He had the guts and stomach to face our problem. That shows a lot of experience. The hourly rates were great as well. You rock!

Miguel, Guillermo and Ron went out of their way to make sure we had our septic pump up and running as quickly as possible (and everything that could go wrong did — but they persevered). More expensive then I’d like (ouch!), but outstanding service. They even drove all over for parts to get us up and running as quickly as possible. Thank you for not only the professional service you provided, but for the personal care and concern you gave to our job. They definitely put the «sunny» in The Sunny Plumber.

Miguel was our service technician and was totally professional and resolved the problems we were having with great service and explanations. Would highly recommend this company.

Miguel came to fix my leak under the slab in my kitchen. He was here from 8:30 in the morning until 10 at nigt. He was GREAT!!! Professional and cleaned up and did an awsome job.

Had a small leak & a shower adjustment. When I called they said they bill by the job & not the hour., a very nice guy came out and gave me an estimate of $ 1039.00 plus tax. I was shocked totally shocked. It’s a piece of plastic pipe prob cost $ 5 at best. I paid him a fee for coming out to give an estimate. (they charge like $ 79.00) to tell me yes the pipe is cracked & it leaks & it’s over a grand to fix !!! I called another reputable company (Arico) they just left my house with all work complete and only charged me $ 226.10 that was even after they added tax !!! Honestly I am confused how there is such a HUGE price difference??? Anyway if you make the mistake of calling «The Sunny Plumber «. And you have seen my post then don’t say you were not warned. I’m sure you will agree it was a waste of time and money. Thanks to Arico I now have like $ 800.00 extra dollars. I will always call, and or recommend Airco anybody wanna challenge this info ?? I have both estimates & invoices to share.
