Wow. I can’t say enough good about the service I received at Tandy this weekend. I stopped in to get some leather for a project on my motorcycle. First off, I know little about leather work. Both employees jumped to help. They explained the best type of leather for my job, and even walked out to the bike with me to measure and provide tips on how to secure, create, and finish my project. After looking at the leather options, they didn’t just let me walk out with the most expensive stuff, they actively looked for ways to save me money and eventually helped me select a full skin and assist me with cutting it down for travel and use. What a great staff. I will absolutely be back. Oh… and they said to come back if I needed help with the project itself!!! 5 stars for sure!

I am a woodworker making Christmas presents and I was searching for some sort of onlay or something that could be re-​purposed as an onlay. When I first walked i was greeted and made to feel welcome. Being a woodworker and not a leather person (not sure what you even call them:)) I was completely out of my element. The two ladies did an amazing job helping me. They gave me a ton of ideas that I never even thought of doing. It really got my wheels turning for other woodworking projects. I did find some great things. They made sale and a future customer. My job is customer service and these girls got an A+. The location is on S. Palo Verde Rd. Not sure if this a new location or if they moved from the address given here. I am not from Tucson, so i am not sure. Anyways, Thanks ladies and thank you Tandy’s. I will be back to incorporate some of your items to my next wood projects

Upon entering the staff is very polite and offer as much assistance as i required, they showed me how to use some tools and patterns and everything came out perfect i highly recommend tandy leather factory for all you leather needs

I was given some very good help today with a project I had to repair. Some of the Conchos and Chicago screws they have are great. The manager gave me a big hand with finding what buckles fit best and he was fun to be around. I will be back for future leather related needs since I can’t stop buying crafts for projects.
They have a whole table just for sales items and they vary with skill level and creativity. Very cool place, much better than my last visit. I gave Tandy Leather a second chance and it was worth while.
