I just want to start by saying the staff was really pleasant, but with that being said the place needs an upgrade. We had a hard time ordering from the 3rd party room service that is used we got frustrated and canceled. We decided to try a restaurant called Bostons they have advertised for delivery and their delivery guy left early, I understand that is no fault of the hotel however that didn’t help the cause. The fridge and microwave didn’t work and by the 2nd night or a/c was making a loud noise so we had to shut off for the night. Thank goodness it was storming so we were able to get by with the windows for a little air. It was inexpensive however I don’t believe these are out of ordinary things that should be expected.

I was pleasantly surprised that for less than 60 dollars the room was very nice. It was clean with a coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave. The bed, bathroom and tv were all nice and they have a small pool and jacuzzi. No complaints here.

Lobby looks like a bomb site. There are carpets half torn up, floor tiles laying all over the place, no working elevator and both floors wreak of cigarette smoke. Scared to sleep under the sheets tonight.

My family booked, paid, showed up to hold a room and the management Mishandled this, claiming we were a no show… even tho two of us went in person to reserve the room. Caution when booking here especially during the gem and bead show!
