I lived here for a little over two years and really loved it. I went from a one bedroom to a two bedroom within the 6 months and for not much of a rent increase. The location is great! I had beautiful mountain views. The area is clean and quiet for the most part, there is an occasional siren since the firehouse is across the street. The apartments even though for being older are large and well kept. I only give my rating 4 stars just because the main inconvenience was the laundry facility. If the office was not open, you could not reload your laundry card.

Great apartment complex! I had a bad experience at Quail Ridge Apartments down the street and came to Linda upset but she was incredibly helpful and accommodating and I found myself glad that my other apartment did not work out. Not only is the management staff warm, welcoming, and helpful, but these apartments are much larger than many in the area and the second story places have high ceilings. If you’re looking for a great affordable apartment in the Catalina Foothills definitely check this complex out!
