Summerlin Villas Apartments

Have never been so disappointed with an apartment complex before. I have only lived here 4 months and I am so happy that I only signed a 6 month lease I wish I would have never moved in. In order for me to put down in writing all the issues I have with this complex it would end up being 100 pages long so I will keep it short. If you are looking for a place to rent save your self the disappointment and regret by staying away from Summerlin Villas Apartments.

We rented apartment at Summerlin Villas for 2 years. During our stay they had multiple robberies and breakout in the apt complex, thanks god we were lucky. But there was a constant fear, 2 of our friends were the victim! There pool was off most of the summer. On our move out we have been charged excess fees with inappropriate explanation. We were charged extra for the month including the garage we did not use. Our deposit amount was not returned instead we were charged $ 450 on top. We were not explained this during the day of check out. The bills were sent to us a month later with extra charges for change of carpet and repainting the apartment. On asking the details and explanations of the charges, they didn’t have any solid reason.
Before checkout we had our home all cleaned out by our housekeeper. None of the pictures of the inside apartment can prove the amount they charged us for painting and repair. Our apartment had problems with carpet and basin wall which we have brought to there notice during our stay but they never repaired it in last 2 yrs and instead charged us on checkout.
We asked them to fix our dryer which have not been working for long time and spitting the harmful waste inside our apartment with 2 kids in house. One of our cleaner pointed mould and damages in the restroom that were informed to the management.
We have heard the similar problems from multiple residents in the apartments community.
They will get collection agencies and report late fee even for bank delays or national holidays. There water agency will charge you insanely with late fee every month.
Stay away from this property! worse management ever seen! rude n unprofessional.

I lived in the Summerlin Villas for two years before I moved. I had a semi-​pleasant experience until my move out. I needed to break my lease early. I was fine with paying the fees, but the office manager was rude when I asked questions. She has always been extremely snotty and stuck up every time I visited the office. I am in my mid-​20s and she seemed to think she was better than me, because I was younger. I did not feel welcomed in the community. Her nasty attitude reflected bad on my opinion of the apartment. The move out chargers were ridiculous. The carpet was disgusting and tearing in corners when I moved in and I was charged to replace it when I left. The model home they show perspective tenets does not reflect what you actually get. Cheap is the first word that comes to mind when I think of the appliances and cabinets. I had to superglue the lament floors and counter tops many times to keep them from falling apart. The cabinets were refaced with cheap material that peeled off. I decided to move to an upscale area of town instead, because the apartment staff seemed to just let anyone live there towards the end. A neighbor had their apartment broken into and her stuff stolen. As a single female, I did not feel safe living in that area. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone, especially for the price range.
