The Sprint store on Oracle Rd and Wetmore left me with the worst customer service I have ever received. Ever. I went in to order a replacement cell phone thinking/hoping that I would get it sooner than ordering it through Asurion. I was so wrong and mislead by associates who only care about their commission. I was told it would arrive within three days. So I called on day three and it wasn’t there yet. They assured me they would call me as soon as it arrived. Never got a call, so I decided to drop in and see what was going on but they wouldn’t give me the new phone because I didn’t have the old phone which I understand but they could at least try to work something out instead of being unsympathetic that I already had to wait almost a week for a replacement. Went into the store the next morning to finally get my phone. I mentioned to the associate that my phone case was left at the store when I went in to order my new phone(the associate took the case off to examine it). She blamed me for forgetting it there but offered me a 25% discount from a new case. I also mentioned that I wasn’t pleased with the level of service I had received and all she could say was«sorry, but at least you have your new phone now». That’s all.

I went in on Saturday, I had about 30 mins to get to work when my phone went out on me. I came in an expected to have to put in for an appointment and wait until the next day. Edgar set me up that day! I was in and out in 22 mins. He was super helpful and made me feel like I was his personal friend and not just a customer. I am so thankful I met him and he was able to help me out so quickly. I highly recommend Edgar if you are looking for speed and friendliness.

Mr. Cooper, the assistant store manager, works hard to keep the flow of customers moving. He was helpful and solved the issue without any trouble, in only a few minutes! Good place!

The guy that waited on me(Tony Tapia) was so condecending. He told me I will have to pay 25.00 because I had been there more than 2 times to get a working phone. He explained it would be 25 for them to look at it then another $ 100 if the phone had to be replaced. He said I most likely didnt do anything, but said its people like me why theres the 25 dollar charge. Then after arguing with him He said the 25 will be for them fixing it and to repair it if It couldn’t be fixed. I ran to the mall as we waited and I returned 1 hour later and he approached me with the phone and said it could’t be fixed and they will do A hard reset(reset the phone to factory specifications) and waive the $ 25. I asked him if I paid it would it be replaced as he said, and he said no. He gave it to me and said set it up and all your contacts will come back. I couldn’t sign into gmail so immediatly went back to get there assistance. This all occured 3÷19÷2014 but as of 3÷20÷2014 I was no longer getting voicemail notifications. I even called myself from a friends phone. I know HTC has lost me from buying their crappy phones. This is my 4th phone and it has broken 3 additional times since 2÷28÷2013. Come on October so I can get the iPhone and stop coming to Tucson.

Let me start by saying that this is the first review I have ever done in my entire life. I guess im. too lazy to write a review even though I have had plenty of very good and bad experience in the past that could warrant a review. That being said the situation I had with the sprint store on wetmore and oracle was the worst experience I have ever had with a buisness in my life. I went to see if I could save money by switching from verizon to a family plan with my wife at sprint. They quoted my wife and I 150 for the both of us to go on to the one up plan. This was a fantatistic deal so we decided to do it. But a couple days later it we decided to call sprint because that didnt seem correct according to advertisements we saw on tv. Sure enough when we called sprint they mis quoted us by 50 dollars per month or 1200 dollars over the life of the contract. So I decided to switch back to verizon. I went back to the store to return the phone(within the 14 alloted days) and told them I do not believe I should have to pay a restocking fee because we were told an incorrect price that wasnt even close to the actual. They said a man ager must be present to override the restock and that the manager was not in today. Frustrated I said I would come back the next day. And the next day when I came in they made me wait for over and hour before I finally had to leave. At this point I was beyond frustrated with the wasted time and I was sure they were playing games with me. So I called sprint customer service who was extremely helpfull and after reviewing my story and notes on. the account credited us the amount of the restock fee to my wifes account.(she had been sprint customer for years and still is). I then was able to take the phone back to the store and just return it. When I did this a woman came in and asked to speak to the manager. After about 30 seconds out walked a guy that had been at the store every time I went there! He told the woman he was the manager. If this was the whole story you would have never seen this review but… today my wife saw a 699 dollar charge on her account. She called and sprint customer service and they said it was a charge from the sprint store for the device I returned. They were claiming I didnt return it. After talking to sprint customer service and threating to go to the bbb they credited our account the 699. I will have to say that sprint customer service has been extremely helpfull throughout this entire process. I have no problem with sprint but I urge anyone that reads this to go to another sprint store(there are plenty). The store on wetmore and oracle(not in the mall) that I went to is staffed mainly by a bunch of young immature guys and is best avoided.

Andrew is an associate at this location and he is very helpful and friendly. This store now has a technical support department on site to fix your phone. If they can’t fix it, you get a new one :) I had purchased an internet device that was not working properly so I went in, they worked on it for a while, when I came back I was told there was a defect in the device so they gave me a brand new one for no fee at all. Just last week I went in to make a payment and they were very helpful. I usually had to travel all the way down East Broadway for technical support but now with this location I can go 3 miles and get my phone fixed in no time. I suggest this location for your phone needs.
